I stayed at Yara the week of Christmas while visiting family and had an absolutely LOVELY experience. Michael was incredibly warm and friendly upon check in. My pool front king room was the perfect size for me and my pup. It was clean, well decorated and had a VERY soft and comfortable bed. The pool and common areas were also clean and well decorated. It was VERY quiet, which is something that’s really important to me and much appreciated. As someone that prefers a boutique experience, I really loved the charming, intimate, casual vibe. I look forward to returning in the future!

Yara is an amazing find! I have been coming to Palm Springs my whole life and this newly restored property is in a wonderful location with gorgeous views. Walking distance to some great eateries and shopping areas. The property is gated and once you enter the premises, you will find daybeds by the pool, a patio full of umbrellas and comfortable seating, a fire pit for evening hours, and a central lobby area with lovely seating. That lobby contains a wonderful bar with offerings from 11am-7pm and a continental breakfast bar with freshly hard boiled eggs, a plethora of fresh fruit and yogurts, juices, bagels, croissants and all the makings for avocado toast, and some seriously great fresh brewed coffee. Michael, the manager, makes you feel so welcome and is a great resource for places to eat and things to do in the desert. Rooms are so clean and beds are super comfortable. Don’t hesitate to try this place out for yourself.

This hotel was perfect for us - I can’t imagine anyone not loving it here, in all honesty. ||Yara is a peaceful escape in Palm Springs which seems to draw a relaxed, mature clientele who want a quiet, oasis-like break. ||The hotel is only small (I think 10 rooms) but it has everything you could need. There are drinks available by the pool (very well made) but you can also enjoy your own drinks and snacks (in plastic glasses) - ice and ice lollies are provided by the hotel, which is a nice touch. ||Yara is ascetically pleasing and the rooms are well thought out, equipped with everything you’d need (even black face towels for make up removal, which is always a good idea). The staff are incredibly nice and can’t do enough for you - they were there when you needed them, but not overbearing. We stayed in a suite and a pool view room and both were very good, with the suite slightly larger with an oversized shower. The room, and hotel in general, was spotlessly clean. ||The breakfast, which is included, was fresh and plentiful, and a great way to start the day. ||We were only supposed to stay for one night but ended up extending our stay, which tells you everything. We’ve stayed in larger PS hotels but now wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I can’t say enough good things about this property. ||I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Yara to anyone, and look forward to our next stay!

the decor is desert cute and overall clean room.

the room feels like you are sleeping in a basement, there is no windows (except
on entry door), stone floors and all white walls. i also wish i knew the ADA room i reserved had a door to the street attached to the room so you can hear cars passing…and it doesn’t feel safe to be so close to the street.

you can also hear people in the courtyard - moving furniture and talking clear as day.
the hotel is also 2 buildings away from a liquor store. it is more like a motel.

palm springs hotels are so hit or miss, and this one is a miss for me.

My room was a true oasis—spacious, spotless, and equipped with a shower that was so refreshing .The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The property were stunning views of the surrounding mountains and tropical landscape was truly a treat.

What truly sets Yara Hotel apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. From personalized recommendations for local attractions to prompt cocktail service, to in-room bottle service, it’s evident that this team takes pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. This hotel made my stay a personal and memorable experience.

The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short drive from downtown Palm Springs yet tucked away enough to provide a serene escape. The pool area is a haven for relaxation, and the tranquil ambiance made it easy to unwind.

Yara Hotel is a rare find that combines sophistication, comfort, and outstanding service. Whether you’re visiting Palm Springs for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a special occasion, this is the place to stay. I can’t wait to return!

This place is something else. We spend amazing 3 nights in Yara. With only 10 rooms this hotel is has a special vibe with no crowds, like home dining area and beautiful heated pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. I highly recommend Yara for anyone looking for quaint, peaceful and mesmerizing hotel.

This hotel is my new Palm Springs favorite! It's absolutely dreamy with lots of thoughtful details. It's small and intimate enough to have a very personal feel, and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. Location is great and convenient to lots of Palm Springs attractions, but also surprisingly quiet. And I truly appreciate being able to bring my giant dog since he always travels with me (last time we stayed at Arrive, but now they only allow small dogs). Big thank you to everyone at Yara!

I’ve stayed at Yara Palm Springs for my last two birthdays, and it was absolutely amazing! The aesthetic is stunning—modern, chic, and incredibly well-designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated! The staff is so kind; they even upgraded us to a suite! I love that it’s so close to downtown Palm Springs, making exploring the area super convenient. It’s truly the perfect getaway spot, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate! Highly recommend—best place ever!
