Para comenzar el hotel tenía un olor raro, las habitaciones no eran las mejores pero estaban cómodas, ahora, durante toda la noche se escucharon gritos y gemidos sexuales que venían de varias partes así como los movimientos de la camas etc, Risas de mujeres, repito esto fue durante toda la noche, no creo que esta actividad venga de una pareja que esté en su luna de miel o algo así. Los sonidos venían de varias habitaciones, por lo que me atrevo a decir que allí se puede estar presuntamente manejando una actividad en torno a la prostitucion. Para nosotros fue bastante incómodo con nuestra hija de 13 años. Como le explicas a una niña de 13 años esos ruidos ? Nuestra experiencia fue terrible no lo recomiendo para nada para las familias. Tal vez como adulto puedes resistir esto, pero con niños es bastante incómodo

Front desk was nice. Room was clean and beds were nice. They could put curtains up so we could make it darker to sleep longer. The only complaint I have is the housekeepers can do a better job. Our restroom had groups of random women hair behind the toilet and on the side of the shower

Great folks working here and Natalie the manager there has been super helpful and very knowledgeable of the business! Good vibes! We have enjoyed the hospitality and friendly atmosphere with everyone here during our stay!

The whole staff is very nice and polite. I love the decor and we were comfortable BUT, watch out because my daughter was staying here since July 15 and was paying, because of course nobody will let you stay if you don’t pay. But on August 20th $1190 was taken out of her bank account all at once and it made her account negative and then her work check was deposited and the bank took it to cover the money that was overdraft. When we talked to the GM he said it happened to several people because they were switching systems!? All I’m saying is do not give this hotel your bank information. If you can, pay with a debit card because these people will act funny with your money!! And there is almost nothing you can do about it except call corporate and the bank. And they are no help either. It’s sad because she finally found an apartment for her and her daughter. And this hotel took a big chunk of her money! Unacceptable and unprofessional! I feel like they took advantage of my daughter’s situation. Be careful.

Nice newer hotel and amenities. Yet more of a local Residence people living there. Smoker area to close to entrance. They only clean rooms 1 time every 2weeks.
Floors Hallways and laundry room get bit dirty quick.
Very good laundry room with plenty of machines..

Rooms looked clean , service was good, but beware of the beds, they were super and i mean super noisy and super hard mattress. We had booked for two nights, however we did not sleep at all the first night because of the beds. I could smell the a man's cologne on the bed sheets. Then we asked the hotel if we could cancel for the following night, they said sure but we wont refund. Even though every hotel was highly busy because of Nascar and super expensive. Almost 400 dollars a night, they were easily going to book again, but they still charged us after we left that day. I beleive the most important aspect of any hotel is the bed. We were able to find another hotel. And we slept excellent. Thank God. It was a challenge but we were able too. Never again will i book this hotel.

The best stay in Tolleson. From the moment you check in you’re greeted with a friendly smile from the front desk. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. All Facilities are secure, clean and well kept. Great location just blocks from the interstate with many food and fuel choices. I must say the best part of our stay was the entire staff. The customer service we received from the moment we walked in was beyond our expectations. They make you feel welcomed like family. Thank you to Nevin, Zariya, Tiffany and Daylin for going above and beyond everything we expected. Highly recommended!!
