Muy buen lugar para descansar,todo es nuevo y en perfectas condiciones, cuenta con amplio refrigerador, sink y estufa electrica y muchos lugares de almacenamiento lo unico de malo que encuentro es la base y el colchon porque no se encuentran fijados a la pared y hacen mucho ruido durante la noche se mueve de su lugar y tiene uno que acomodarlos a cada rato ,pareciera muy barata la base y el colchón pero si regresaria si me quedara de paso a ese hotel porque esta muy bien el servicio y la ubicación

Nice hotel! Clean. Nice rooms, come with kitchens and a super soft sofa for the rooms that have them. Very nice laundry facility. $2.50 to wash and the same to dry. Online they have probably the best prices I've seen, especially for a place this nice. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I was initially hesitant to book a room here, but after reviewing the website, I realized a lot of the reviews came from people who lack common sense. The things that people complained about were stated in the policy. I checked in late and the girl at the front desk, her name was sherry I believe, was very welcoming and told us about fun stuff we can do with our kiddos. Gorgeous clean rooms and violeta was very kind as well. Plus there is a great selection of food places within walking distance.

Vanesa is amazing. We were having difficulty booking our reservation. Our transaction was very confusing but Vanessa was a true professional. She straightens everything out got us booked and we were very happy. She was professional and very personable. We love our stay at this hotel. It's very clean and the employees are all very nice. But if you want to get your reservation done right book it with Vanesa. I would also like to note that Violet is in charge of housekeeping is absolutely amazing. Since day one and we've stayed here for 2 weeks this place smells incredible. Very clean. Every time we see Violet she's working hard at cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces. Every time we need a question answer we go to Violet or Vanessa and we get our answers quickly. I just want to say that Violet works very hard and anytime you need something she's available for you. She's very sweet and we appreciate her

The rooms could be cleaner. The beds are loud and low quality. They make you bring down your towels before getting new ones. Please do not forget to put your towels in the black laundry basket because they will scold you. The manager and her side kick do not know how to speak to people. They will not clean your rooms period while you stay there, no matter how long you stay. The general manager, Cynthia charged me deposits and never refunded it to me. She actually kept charging deposits after I checked out. She would just put charges on my cards days later after I left. I want my money returned to me. If this place had better management I would have returned. This woman is so unwelcoming to the point of coming off as harassing. The manager has horrible business practices. I called to ask about my refunded deposit and someone hung up in my face. I will have to file a formal complaint to get my money returned to me. This place acts like they do not like business or money because of how they do things. I can only say good things about the location and price. Outside of that it was a miserable experience.

Horrible experience!
Veronica was extremely rude and unpleasant. The moment we checked in she was rude. Never smiled not one time . We asked where our room was and she said “somewhere over there , I think “
She made us wait 15 mins just to get face towels.
BEWARE ‘ The absolute worst part about this hotel , it claims to have a kitchen but has zero utensils, plates , pans ZERO to cook with.
When I called the front desk they said it would be an extra $45 to “rent” any cooking utensils

This place is a joke. I booked a room with 2bds got there and they only had a room with 1 bd and pullout sofa bed. No Big deal until you realize they don't give you the bedding for the sofa bed. They will however allow you 1 extra blanket for an additional charge. As for the kitchen usually kitchenette means 2 burner stove, fridge, microwave. Full kitchen means 2-4 burners, microwave, fridge, and oven. Not here there full kitchen means kitchenette and we charge for you to use our cookware, dishware, and cooking utensils. All at a cost of $45 per set. And not as a deposit but as a cost. You are also charged to exchange your linens.

To add insult to injury The amount they charge your card for room has additional holding fee as well as the $100 deposit having an additional holding fee which they do not tell you about and then when asked about that will blame the actual machine you charge your card with and/or your bank for the additional holding fee as if we're all stupid and don't realize our banks and the card machine doesn't do that it's them to do that.

Lastly and most irritating 2 days after the date I checked out I receive a phone call stating I had a balance of $216.90 no I don't I have my receipt right here they were trying to charge me for the first two days of my stay and then when I act as if it's my fault not theirs I'm sorry you would have never given me the keys to the room had I not paid it but here's a copy of my credit card statement proving that it was paid and my deposit still

not the front desk lady acting like she’s the CEO of the building. Has a attitude and is completely rude. People work front desk and they forget how to act because they think they’re “better”. I will be reporting this place to the BBB. What they have listed on their description is false and doesn’t meet customer’s expectations. Take your business somewhere else.
