Tuve una mala experiencia llegue a recepción y la señorita que nos atendió de mala gana dijo que no estaba mi confirmación después que si me dio una habitación y salí a comer cuando llegue mi habitación estaba ocupada por otras personas y yo molesta no me podía comunicar por no saber inglés,me dan otra habitación y llego estaba también ocupada salí muy molesta a pedir hablar con el manager y que no estaba, me dan otra habitación que el colchón estaba en malas condiciones, otro día pedí hablar con el manager y no me fue posible, jamás recibí una disculpa por el mal rato que pasé en el hotel.

Excelente servicio, muy limpio y sus trabajasores muy honestos, olvidamos documentos y dinero en la habitación después de hacer el check out y la empleada que estaba el Domingo 25 por la mañana regreso todo intacto, muchas gracias!!

The room seemed clean at a glimpse but don't be fooled. The floors are filthy and the linens were yellowish and dingy. We were a family of four, the room was equipped with two towels and when I requested 2 more, the front desk woman seemed bothered. Unfortunately, I did not meet the lovely staff people mentioned in other reviews. I only interacted with the same woman our entire stay. Seems to me she lives on site and is unhappy with her job. The front desk is not 24hrs, it's opened daily from 9-8pm, that is when they allow you to do a towel "exchange"; meaning they will not come by to provide clean linens. The bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper which meant I had to go ask for more and feel as though I'm asking for a hand out. As a guest, you're also responsible for taking out the room garbage to the dumpster. The room we had had two queen beds, and a microwave, full size fridge and 2 burner cook top. Very convenient for those traveling with cooking supplies. We were only in town for 4 days so we only utilized the fridge. The hotel did not have an ice machine. They do not offer breakfast but there is a coffee machine available during business hours. The immediate area can seem a bit sketchy to some, but I'm from LA originally so it didn't bother me. There are long term residents living at this hotel, so they hang out in the parking lot drinking and smoking weed at all hours of the night. They are harmless though. Drive a couple blocks in any direction of this hotel and you'll find welcoming local businesses. Superior grocers is great. Starbucks is great. And tons of street food vendors provide wonderful food at fair prices. Nonetheless, we wont ever stay at this WoodSpring Suites nor would we recommend.

Absolutely love this place and the staff! Originally we planned to only stay here for a couple weeks while we found a home after moving to Los Angeles. However, the staff and amenities surpassed our expectations and we’ve been here now for 3+ months while we take our time to find the perfect home. All of the staff is great but JENNIFER WINS!! She gives customer service experience we all hope for in all experiences with front desk personnel. Jennifer has such a warm energy and always has the biggest smile on her face. She makes you feel that all of your requests are reasonable and no matter how many times a day she passes you, she’s going to speak and ensure you feel welcome and seen every single time. She tells you “have a great day” when leaving and “welcome back” when you return. The traditional “hotel feel” left a long time ago. You feel as if your around friends or family, and after moving to a city knowing no one- that is priceless. Jennifer ensures you never feel as if you are a burden. Even if the lobby is filled with guests, she ensures you never feel rushed or unseen because she’s overwhelmed. She has the most positive and friendly attitude.

Overall, WoodSprings Bellflower continues to give us much more of an experience than we originally sought. No complaints and you never hear other guest complaining either. I’ve stopped referring to it as a hotel, to me it’s home. Best decision I could have made after moving across country and taking my time to find the perfect house/location.

The room size was great. The front desk is only open between a certain time. So you are unable to get service after 8pm or before 9am during the week. During check the photo copy your ID. I asked why and the front desk person didn’t know why just said it was their policy. After checking in late, the next morning we discovered our bath towels were dirty. Call the front desk to ask for new towels. We were told we had to wait until the front desk opened at 9am. We explained the towels were dirty and we just discovered. The front desk overnight person ended up bring us towels because we needed to leave before 9am. The hallways are dirty and the elevator was dirty. We later noticed the room was not swept and there ants sporadically around the room. The room had a burner top to cook, microwave and full size fridge but no pots to cook. Lot of people hanging outside the hotel. Per friendly for those who travel with pets. Lastly, children or people were running through the halls at night. No front desk available to call and complain to.

My husband and I had to ask for a different room our first one had a pair of dirty socks near the window sill which were NOT ours. The restroom floor and shower had stray hairs laying around also NOT mine. The shower towels were musty and stained. Once we moved to a new room the towels were still dirty and musty. We asked for extra towels and the extras were also stained and dirty. I don’t understand how they can’t figure out how to bleach them or keep them clean it was ridiculous. The shower head was weird all of the settings were mediocre and had very little water come out. I had to Clorox wipe the kitchenette counter there were food stains left behind. The elevator was also dirty. Long story short I get that this is a budget friendly hotel, but that does not mean guests deserve to be at a place as disgusting as this. At this point it should be called a motel. I’m not asking for anything fancy I just want the towels and linens that touch my body to be clean. Also I did not feel comfy sleeping under these sheets and the pillow cases were also stained. The bed is noisy and uncomfortable with a cheap bed frame that creaks. Staff is not welcoming and unprofessional.

The floors were not mopped, noticeable dirt on the floor, popped balloons on the refrigerator, the only thing to wash with, was an open bar of soap. I hadn’t been feeling well so, my husband left me there so I could sleep and they just came right inside. Last but not least my husband bought a Reese’s peanut butter cup he gets up to the room it had been melted several times.
