The manager is rasist and she talks a lot of nonsince about peoples family.rood!!!! Takes to other neibors about other neibors. Has her child and grand children. Living in her appt. While she lives with her new husband.he's also an ex worker for the complex. He's rpod and disrespectful too. Do not rent from this complex at all. She also puts disabled/blind and others. Upstairs. Where they should not be. She steels from residences also. She needs to be fired.

Great place for the price. Apts are large and each comes with a washer and dryer. There are three bus lines that stop right out front. There is a library and a community center (with a M-F produce stand) both within a half block distance. But this is an old complex, and the neighborhood has a very high crime rate.
