My husband and I stayed for two nights. Perfect location and room was very comfortable and clean. We definitely will be back

I booked this for two nights for our honeymoon expecting the following : this is the description of services you read on their site: When you open the door to the casual elegance, you'll hear romantic music and see the soft lights glowing ~ you will feel truly pampered. The fully furnished kitchens include complimentary coffee, specialty hot chocolate, tea, gourmet tea latte. Enjoy the continental breakfast, complimentary in your cabin the first morning of your stay. We offer a variety of packages, from 'Wine and Roses" to Massage Therapists who will come to your cabin for a delightful, relaxing one-hour massage for the two of you. ||||None of this is correct!!!! First when I booked the room I emailed to see about the package for our honeymoon and how to book the massage. They send back the picture of the wine, flowers, and strawberries and explain since Covid they no longer due massages. Understandable. But the mention of all other services was never mentioned. We arrived at 11:00 to no music, no soft lighting, fire place didn't work, no flowers or flower petals, no wine, or strawberries. We had complimentary coffee in the room in packages like a motel. The following morning no breakfast either. When I texted them and emailed about the wine, flowers, strawberries, fire place not working, or the wifi password since cell service is one bar. They replied with the message they don't have wifi. No response on the other services that we did not have. After several calls, emails, and texts and stopping by Chamber of Commerce and they explained these are new owners and own Regency Motel so maybe will answer that phone. They did not answer. At 3 pm they said they would send someone to fix the outside gas grill that did not work and the fireplace. By 5 when I messaged again they said someone will be there at 5:30. Someone did come fix fireplace and grill but was not able to explain why no other amenities were given. Needless to say the nice bath tub was amazing. The rest of our experience was HORRIBLE!!! Definitely not worth the $414.00 and thinking this would be a romantic honeymoon.

If you are looking for a cabin away from the crowds, this is a great place in the woods. Everything was welcoming and extremely clean. The cabins are well maintained and you have everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the porch swing and hearing water running, birds, and the trees rustling. Had our coffee on the cool mornings in front of the fireplace in the cabin. The cabins feel very cozy and yet spacious. It is a fun drive into Eureka Springs that only takes a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. We loved our stay. The cabin was so comfortable and cozy. It is decorated and furnished with attention to detail. The bed and sofa were extremely comfy. It was immaculate and fresh upon our arrival, and there was even nice relaxing music playing on the sound system when we arrived. The area is isolated and private. Very quiet, except for the soothing splash of a small waterfall about 100ft. into the forest behind our cabin. Nice large shower and Jacuzzi that fits two. I appreciated that it was a true log cabin, not some wood structure with fake log facade. I'll miss relaxing on the porch swing smoking my cigar, while listening to the waterfall.

We were here for a weekend the end of October. The cabins are out of town but still close enough to to be convenient. We were in #2 and our friends were in # 1. Both were exactly the same. Our host, Peggy, was very helpful with all of our questions. We could not have chosen better accommodations. The cabins are true to the pictures on the website. They are luxury cabins. Both cabins were beautiful and very comfortable. Since our second day in Eureka Springs was cold and rainy, we spent the afternoon watching a movie and enjoying the cozy fireplace and very comfortable recliner love seat. The bed was comfy as were the linens. They are making adjustments for the challenges COVID has brought, but we were very happy with our stay. One suggestion...if driving in and planning on preparing meals, bring what you need. The kitchen is furnished but sparsely. We flew into Tulsa and were only there 3 nights and planned on eating out, so this did not effect us. If we had wanted to cook, we would have needed the basics..salt, pepper, etc. All in all, we loved this place and would love to come back in the spring. The cabins we stayed in were the least secluded, but still “in the woods”. Loved our stay.

I stumbled upon Wisteria Lane while searching for a last minute place to stay for our anniversary weekend. I found $20 off per night promo code on their website because I booked for the following weekend. It was very affordable, especially for the quality of the property, amenities, and solitude. They sent very detailed email correspondence with excellent instructions on how to find the property, which is just a short drive outside of downtown Eureka Springs. |Upon arrival, there was a sweet welcome note outside our cabin. The cabin smelled wonderful, there was soft music playing, & it was absolutely spotless! The cabin is HUGE! The bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled wonderful! The jacuzzi tub was wonderfully spacious & deep! There’s an abundance of hot water. The towels were very large, soft, and also smelled amazing. The bathroom could use better/quieter lighting. The kitchen had anything you needed to cook a meal. There were complimentary muffins, fresh fruit, and orange juice in the fridge for us. There was also coffee & all the things needed to go with it (filters, sugar, etc.), tea, hot cocoa, & popcorn provided. The entrainment system & the gas fire logs were difficult to figure out, even though there were lots of instructions provided. The grounds outside are absolutely gorgeous! There is a peaceful creek with beautiful little waterfalls. We stayed in Cabin #1, Woodland Violets. The creek is about 50-100 yards away, but you can hear it from the porch swing. |We will definitely be back again!!!

We have stayed in all four of the cabins so we could decide on a favorite. We have stayed in that cabin every year since (except one because it was booked). We have come for our anniversary every year since we got married in 2013. I found it by accident and we decided to give them a shot and feel in love. Peggy and Bob think of everything. We call the cabin our happy place and send all of our friends this way. If you are looking for a break from life and some peace, this is the place to be! It is secluded and peaceful but nit inconvenient. Having a cup of coffee, with a squirrel lol, while watching the sun rise and listening to the creek that runs in front if the cabins is the absolute best. (That squirrel is always coming to visit lol) Can't wait for April to get back to the serenity. It's a little slice of heaven on earth.

My wife and I thought that this would be a great getaway hidden gem. The pictures make it seem like the cabins are really secluded and for the most part they are- but you have neighbors. I’ve seen several other reviews with people mentioning that they have no phone service what so ever and the owners have replied that it just depends on your provider. My wife and I have to have a good plan for her job and neither of us had any bars the entire time. There’s cable which we didn’t really understand why they couldn’t throw in some shotty Wi-Fi. We stayed in the Country Rose cabin, and be warned we probably had to kill 5 wasps during our stay because they kept getting in from the roof of the cabin. We think there might have been mold growing on one of the walls by the bed as well. It just didn’t feel super welcoming, we will not stay here again sadly.
