In the middle of a massive storm system moving in and no rental cars this is the place to stay as their 1.7 mi from the airport. I was absolutely exhausted after 24 hours of travel and not being able to be picked up because my ride was stuck behind a heavy flowing river and these wonderful people checked me in early and gave me a great room. I think the staff is absolutely first-rate. The only challenges I had with this place is that they really cheapened the amenities like the coffee maker coffee and didn't even have a spoon. There was no way to make hot water except microwave it. On the upside, the sheets were great and they actually had feather pillows which was really amazing. Overall a good experience I just wish that they would actually step up to the plate versus cheapening down the simple things that are necessary to make a room a great experience. For $136 I would have expected to at least had plastic spoons and the ability to make hot water without having to microwave it. This is a corporate decision and doesn't reflect on the really great staff it does affect on corporate budgeting which really decreases the value of the property. I hope they step up to the plate a little better than this in the future. Also the other complaint was that the building was undergoing construction and water was leaking into the swimming pool from the amount of rain that they've had. This is pretty crazy to be charging this amount of money and have amenities not being able to be utilized on the property. This should have been automatic discount for the people that were staying there during the same convenience. It would have been nice to have taken a swim.

The bed and main room was nice. We had a room that was handicap accessible and the bathroom was filthy! It had dirty walls (that looked in one place like it was urine) and floors. The shower had hair clumps in it and a shower seat that was moldy and full of water. I took a couple of pictures but forgot to take a pic of the moldy stool. The staff was very nice and friendly, check-in and check-out was super easy and efficient. Hotel is close to the XNA airport which is the reason we stayed there. I might give it another shot the next time we go back, but if the room or bathroom is dirty, I will never go back.

Directly at the airport, price gouging when events in town - triple the price as usual. Although we had no idea about these events we just were traveling through their that particular weekend unbeknownst to us. Being that is a small town we were lucky we even got anything without having to sleep in the car. Downfall was not being able to get a hold of them immediately when trying to get the airport shuttle. Otherwise fantastic staff, Absolutely yummy breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean. Perhaps the peeper hole needs an overhaul (privacy shield) and the doors should be flush to the floor...the one finger space does leave one a bit at unease

Very happy with our stay. Enjoyed our clean room, comfortable bed, excellent free breakfast. Caught the free shuttle to the airport. Great place to stay.

Location is only a 4 because it's in the middle of nowhere so that stinks a little but there is a dollar general literally one minute away and it's right beside the airport and that's convenient for travelers. But I love staying at this hotel, it's a wonderful place with a wonderful price compared to similar places

My experience with the hotel was really good. The bed was comfortable the room was a decent sized the hot breakfast was delicious and they also had the cleanest pool that I have ever been in. I like that they have a large back patio for people who are smokers as well.

Great place to stay. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is hot and really good. Had a bit of a problem but Abby the manager took care of it quickly and efficiently. I will stay there anytime I go to Bentonville.

The room was absolutely disgusting. What looked like blood on a lampshade, unclean floors and walls and what looks like mold in the bathroom. It was the only place with rooms still available when I booked and now I know why. I still tried to find a new hotel once I arrived but no luck. The staff was super sweet but I would never stay here again.
