The area is wonderful, most the residents in this park are very friendly and kind. You do have a few that are drama filled. The reason for 2 stars is for it being a family park the lack of things to do for kids her is minimal, literally just the pool in the summer. When kids play outside actually being kids they are immediately posted on the community fb page like they are a nuisance.

I LOVE living here and have for the last three years. It is quiet, safe, mostly adults, but the kids here are REALLY age appropriate. We are close to both fishing and GREAT eateries' all over the island within a 10 minute drive at best. Love my neighbors, the solitude and how well it has been managed to date.

Mostly nice families but there are a few people like the neighborhood drunks Jeff and Mario who give this place a bad rap, with their wives equally as troublesome. Also don’t park in front of your house for longer than 1 minute or you’ll get towed outta nowhere. Manager is your typical conservative boomer running the place like a military camp. Cant forget the sheriffs that constantly stalk the island of brown residents on a daily basis. They WILL profile your car because it looks ‘ugly’, always some bs excuse. The constant police presence makes this place look bad.

It is a fun little community of mobile homes on Bethel Island, California. They have well lanscaped areas around the park as well as a community pool that is available to swim in to beat the hot summer sun. There is a decent amount of guest parking available on site.

Perfect for a celebration of life. Has enough room for a weeding reception. However it was cold that day and the heat needed to be better.

What a fantastic and odd little corner of the world. The river breeze. Wonderful nature sounds and skies. Great place to spend your dying days as you await departure from the physical form. Not to say the Willows doesnt keep it crackin' Bingo games and bbq days are off the chains...

The park is really nice place to live and the manger is really nice and fun but she can be mean when she needs to be which is good and with out her this park would have fallen into anarchy in the first 2 days of the last manger quiting

Moblie home est in the 70s. Many old homes in need of paint and repairs. Pool. Club house. There is nothing for youths to do if you happen to live out here.
