168 days ago, (January 19th 2024) I lost all of my personal property in an apartment fire. The cause of which is still unknown to me despite my honest and diligent efforts.
That day Whitten Creek Apartments terminated my lease and threw us out on the street. They didn't offer to rebuild our apartment. They didn't offer us temporary housing.
We were left to salvage what we could and leave.

I want to know what caused the fire.
It did NOT originate in my apartment.

I’ve lived here for a week now overall great and nice apartment especially for an affordable price.!No complaints at all. 24 hour gym access is also really cool. Can’t think of any better deals on apartments around this area for an affordable price.

Love Whitten Creek! I've lived in the Jonesboro area for almost 4 years so far, lived in many apartments, and this place is the ONLY one I've actually enjoyed living in.

First I'll start with management. The initial leasing process was a bit hectic due to it being prime leasing season when I signed, but the office made it as easy and simple as they could given the circumstances. They were and still are always available for questions or concerns and respond back quickly. I recently renewed my lease, and the process took literally 5 minutes. It could not have been easier. They have also been extremely accommodating with making sure my personal needs were met when moving in.

Second, I love the location. The area is pretty quiet, mainly because the property is further outside of Jonesboro and a decent distance away from Highway 49. However, it's still close to Jonesboro and Paragould, only being about 10 minutes from each, while also being down the street from several restaurants and businesses in Brookland.

Third, the property. Right after I moved in, they thoroughly power washed the corridors in the buildings and repaved the parking lots. They are constantly making improvements to the property, while also doing so in a quick and efficient manner. I also never see litter anywhere which is a MAJOR plus. Not to mention, the community feels so safe. I always see kids playing basketball, running around on the playground, and people walking their dogs, even at night. I've never felt unsafe while living here.

Super long review, but just wanted to include as much info here as possible. Very happy to live here and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon! Love this place!

If I could give them less than a star, I WOULD!! There was a fire that started in the attic that nobody had access too! There was literally an investigation, since my little brother who was home sick SLEEPING had no time to grab anything not even put shoes on. They made a go fund me for the people that lost everything for a deposit on a new house and when my mom asked for hers they said that they were opening up thier own “ investigation” and that my mom and her 2 boys WERE BANNED because they don’t want to take responsibility for their own mistakes

I have had nothing but a positive experience from before I moved in to after I moved in. The ladies up front have been so nice and helpful. For a month I called about questions(before I moved in),everytime I called, they were very nice and answered all my questions. I called maintenance once, to fix the closest doors and once for the toilet that was leaking. Both times they came out very quickly and were very friendly.
This place is also very quiet, especially for an apartment. I've had no issues with parking, neighbors or anything most apartments have. They have a nice gym that is open to use(I think 24/7). I would ?% recommend this place.

I absolutely love living here. The ladies who work here along with the maintenance guys are AMAZING. I have not ever met anyone so sweet and accommodating. The apartments themselves are spacious and easy to make into YOUR home. I highly recommend this complex to everyone looking for a home.

The girls in the office are very sweet. The apartments are nice, and you feel safe because there are cops everywhere in the complex.
Update: As we are nearing the end of our lease, I must say I am very surprised by any negative reviews of Whitten Creek Apartments. The experience here has been amazing. They are definitely sticklers for the rules, but the rules are completely reasonable. There's no reason for anyone to have any problems unless you just cannot handle guidelines. (In that case, rent nowhere.)

Lived in many apartments over the years and this place has one of the best management teams I have ever seen. Not only are they very polite, but they take care of you as fast as they can in most instances. The rent is very reasonable and the units are very nice as well. It is very quiet and if you love to hear the birds and insects this is the place for you.
