For short term care and rehabilitation Westward Trails has been a good place. Therapists are knowledgable and goal oriented, staff is accomplished in making the patient comfortable, safe, and secure, and aids are caring and especially helpful to those whose stay. Is necessary. If your family member needs rehabilitation, Westward Trails comes recommended

The staff here is incompetent to a biblical degree. There where two instances of two separate nurses not knowing how to function basic medical equipment and there where many instances of the evening staff disappearing into the Eather for hours at a time. If you want peace of mind and a clear conscience do not trust this establishment with anyone you care about. For shame.

If you care about your family members, please do not send them here. Multiple items are stolen and missing and just disappeared according to staff, my father had hardly any clothes during all this they lost it all 3 times !!! 3 times lazy nurses who do nothing but sit at the nursing station playing on their phones all day with little supervision. A horrible front office is filled with people who have no clue what they are doing and do very little at that. This was the worst experience you could have. Sadly, there is nothing good to say here. It has been reported to the state and letting others know this is not an acceptable place to send a loved one. They will lose all their stuff, give them hardly any care, and charge you for it. Also All the positive reviews are from staff and not real reviews I have proof of all the names that work there that match with reviews they are manufacturing and providing false reviews google has been notified and reported fake reviews that’s a horrible look for any place of care !!! Wow what scum bags

I work with a local hospice, and I frequently visit with residents in this nursing facility. The staff is always very nice and approachable when I visit. Sindy and Amy are very good nurses!

My mom has been a resident of Westward Trails for almost three months and overall our experience has been very positive. The administrative staff has worked with us better than we ever imagined, especially Jimmy and Tina, and the nursing staff has treated my mom with respect and dignity. These people have one of the hardest jobs ever and seem to do their very best with the resources with which they have to work. I would challenge anyone who has a complaint to walk in their shoes for even one day. If anyone believes that Westward Trails isn't the place for their loved one, then they should pack up and leave. As for us, we're staying and being grateful for the care Mama is receiving.

If you don't care what happens to your family then this is the place for you! Administrator..Rose is a rude unprofessional upper management. She doesn't care about you or your families concerns or well being she says what you want to hear in order for you to get out of her face. CNAs on the morning shift are rude very unprofessional and do what they want. The second shift is usually short handed but honestly are the BEST and HARDEST workers. The aides and nurses all seem to work great together to make the shortness of staff bearable. Ray Ruthie Poppie Lily Cynthia and this red head black chick really is what makes me keep my grandmother there. They are the CNAS med aide and nurses that do more than they should when they are short staffed. They are the shift that actually talks to not just my grandmother but other residents as well. Lily is sweet and always makes everyone laugh. The red headed lady i think courtney she is the backbone she knows her stuff and ive seen so many residents joke with her and even seen 2 men from 300 hall personally go get her to change their mother... She did with NO problem. The housekeeping is HORRIBLE looks like the floors havent been cleaned in days! Pretty much everu hall stinks except 200 hall.
