We are extremely grateful to all the staff at Vista Post Acute, they provide my mother with genuine care during her short-term rehabilitation. We highly recommended this facility.

My sister was sent there for rehab. Three days after she was admitted she had the same gown on she came in from the hospital. She was soaking wet with urine. Her bed, sheets, pillow cases, blankets were wet. She was sitting in her own waste matter.
This place is awful . I’ve reported them. I wouldn’t take a dog there.

Had an excellent encounter with both the nursing staff and administration. Despite its smaller size, the facility allows staff ample time to dedicate to each patient. Thanks for everything you do!

Very clean facility! Walking around Vista Post Acute, rooms and floors were neat and pleasant. One of the nicer post-acute facilities that I have been so far. Staff is welcoming and nice too. Front desk was very helpful.

All staff at Vista Post Acute were pleasant and great to work with. They are hardworking and very professional. This facility has been the cleanest one I've been in where the staff work nonstop to maintain it.

My father was at another facility in the area. He was miserable and making little progress towards walking. After the first week at Vista, he started showing significant progress in his ability to walk and was in a much better mood. He went from wanting to be alone to engaging in facility activities on a daily basis. It’s been several weeks now and I am very happy with the care he is getting!

My aunt was admitted here. The staffs, nurses, CNAs were so helpful. Therapy was amazing. The management was so nice and always so cooperative. Very clean and has wonderful view. Loved all the services that they provided. 100%recommendation.

Staff are friendly and accommodating My aunt had a very good experience at this place . Rehab team is amazing as well . Management is on top of things . Highly recommend this place for short term rehab .
