This is not a 🏩 hotel. It is being used for a transitional housing for individuals who qualify for EBT benefits and "Medi cal" (Medicaid) and have to pay a monthly income which is around $215 a month. Thee most. If you qualify for one these rooms that have to pay monthly would be $712.00 ah month. How I know?; Because I stay here. But as of today....I have a 3 day notice to leave here. Is it a coincidence A lot of these business that you see here aren't real. They write an address, but the location on the map doesn't match. Do you know where that Weed Dispenser up above coordinates is? The same exact number as Me. Spar Weed dispensary on Yelp claimed my business which is business 80. Oh yea, it's funny but I am hearing my property manager mocking me and making fun of me because I am getting kick out.

This is an sro that my friend lives at. Let me say that more than a few residents need to be committed to those hospitals with the nice young men and their clean white shirts. 😉

They don't rent rooms to the public , it's a SRO supportive housing. It has no services most of the rooms are small, drug addics roam the halls at night, crazy people scream and at least 1 person overdoses a month and dies. On the bright side people Deficate in the shower and there are roaches. Also all drugs are available 24/7 at good prices and quality. And its next door to the methadone clinic so when you get strung out there that.

Historical Hotel used for SRO No elevators and 3 stories. The Staff is respectful and kind and the property is kept clean and functioning.Rooms are small and for most the shower, toilet and kitchen is communal.

This is NOT A HOTEL. It is a residence that is also a HISTORICAL site that used to be a hotel. Dont let the GIANT NEON RED sign fool you, it's just there to waste energy.
