Ive been living here for two years and I never want to leave. It feels like im living on a resort! The property is well taken care of, sooo pretty. The dog park is conveniently placed. The maintenance team is great especially Rene. I love that it’s in a gated community because it makes me feel super safe at night. The team here is great especially Joss!! I didn’t think I could feel more welcomed after being here for two years, than I already have. It’s also quiet here and very residential, which I love. And there are lots of dogs for my little Maltese to bark at. 1000%%% recommend.

I've lived here for a few years now, and can happily share it's been the most wonderful experience. The management and maintenance teams have always been incredibly responsive and helpful, always ensuring that any concerns are addressed quickly. The maintenance manager, Rene, is the absolute best!!! He and his team are so on top of ensuring any repair work is completed in an efficient manner (and maintenance requests completed so quickly), and moreover always go above and beyond to make sure all is good.

The apartments themselves are well-maintained and the community amenities are always clean and a great bonus to have. Also love being part of the gated-community, and living in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere makes it truly feel like home.

I always have and continue to feel so comfortable and safe here, and can't say enough great things about how wonderful the staff is. They truly make the place, and I am thankful for all their help and support in making this such a happy place of living.

Love this place. Been here 8 years. Renee and the maintenance staff run a tight ship, are very responsive and keep the place beautiful. Just a well run group that does really good work whenever needed.

Both the maintenance staff and the management team are great (which is VERY rare).
Would recommend taking the upper floor (Level 3 or level 4) units because of the marina the floor gets very cold and the electricity bills are pretty high in winter due to that.

I myself am truly amazed that I've lived in the Villas at Bair Island for over 10 years! It's like a resort hotel, and I absolutely love it so much that I could live here forever.
The staff here, led by Manager Nobi, Maintenance Manager Rene, and the incredible office team of Joss and Toure, are not just professionals, they're the heart and soul of this place. Their care and pride for their jobs is evident in every aspect of life here. I feel incredibly fortunate to call this place home, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a slice of paradise.

A few nights ago, there was a fire alarm in our building that thankfully turned out to be a false alarm. Despite the scare, we were very impressed by how quickly and efficiently the onsite property manager (Nobi), maintenance team, and fire department responded to the incident. It was very reassuring to learn how much they care about the safety of the residents and community.

When our water heater went out the technicians responded quickly and arranged for a new water heater to be installed the same day.
