Had a great experience living here for 2 years. The maintenance team was responsive and I never had an issue getting things fixed (broken window frame during a rain storm, A/C, increasing hot tub temperature). Leasing staff are very friendly. Pet friendly community, nice pool amenities (2 pools and 2 hot tubs) plus access to SAMLARC community parks and pools

Really fantastic community that is always looking to improve and elevate the complex. Denice in the front office is fantastic , caring, empathetic and works hard to ensure resident's needs are met. She truly goes above and beyond. It's a great community for singles and families alike and somewhere I am very proud to call home.

I have been a resident at Villas Aliento for over a year now. Everybody that works there is kind and respectful! It's felt like home since I have been there! The surroundings are beautiful as well! Great place to live!!

We were about to move into Villas Aliento and backed out because of how hard it was to communicate with Denise at the front office. It was difficult to get a word in or a question answered and we felt she was unwilling to work with us. The process just felt like we were at the DMV, not our future home.

I lived here 3 years, many things needed repaired and were never fixed, laundry room took money and didnt work , never got reimbursed for it. After your contract is up it continues on a month-to-month basis until you notify them with a 30 day notice and unfortunately I was 10 days late because my son was in the hospital due to an emergency surgery I was charged for those 12 days even though I left 12 days early my contract ended the 1st of March I left the 17th a February and they're charging me until March 12th because I did not let them know ahead of time. On the invoices I received there are charges for excess amount of urine due to pets, I swear I never had a dog or a cat. The rails on the closet doors we're broken, reported and never fixed now I'm being charged $300 .The dog urine for the dog that I never had is another $200 charge total amount that I have to pay them for moving out old days before my contract was up and letting them know 12 days in advance instead of 30 due to my son surgery is $1,318 dollars. The maintenance people were awesome and always very helpful and respectful however the staff in the office are not I feel like they just try to take in charge you as much as they can.

This place is so quiet, peaceful and clean. So nice to walk in the morning as it s close to the park. I like living here.
