It's really quiet and well kept. They have a pool and it's in a semi-secluded area. I really wouldn't recommend living here, though, because it isn't rent controlled and they raise the rent about every year. It's already pretty expensive to begin with, so that really is terrible. They also do a lot of annoying things without notifying you first. Like turning the water off "to fix something" it's so dumb 😑

Worst management I have ever had. Their only concern in here is if you park on the street. The kids run thru here without supervision and all the spaces look terrible! The mobiles are run down and trashy. TTh managers are not friendly. They are also to old to run this place. He can't hear and she can't walk and she doesn't know a soul in here. But if you park on the street for even a min they are in the golf cart handing you a note! Never warn you when water will be off or electric either. And it's off half the summer. Never never live here. I will be gone as soon as I can.

Typical trailer/mobile home park. Most of the mobile homes are older models and some aren't well maintained despite attempts by management to encourage keeping up weeding etc. Within walking distance of Lindhurst High School.

I have friends that have lived in this trailer park for a few years and I often visit . I really like it there is very clean and quiet I honestly would not mind living there🙂

Well kept. Clean and quite. But terrible management. There notices are not written professionally a lot of the time. Sometimes notices are given out late or even no notice at all on things like water shut offs.

Large park all kinds of people rec room pool grounds kept clean mobiles all pretty good shape little high on space rent
