In Villa Montanaro we have a really great team here starting with our Leasing Consultant Sarquetta. She is always on hand to help us with anything we need or questions, it is so appreciated. Our property manager Marlena is terrific as well, she's also been super helpful with things and it really on it! Our maintenance team is the best, Jesse and Pablo always go above and beyond with their service to resolve issues. All in all, this wonderful team makes Villa Montanaro a great place to live.

Five stars to Sarqueta, the amazing leasing agent working at Villa Montanaro. My husband and I are looking for a new place and she has been an excellent guide along the way. While touring the property, we watched her interact with multiple residents and she knew all of their names and special details about their lives which showed us how much care she puts into the people that live there. Her sense of community is strong!

My partner, my dog, and I couldn’t be happier living at Villa Montanaro! We moved in this past June and have been thrilled with our experience ever since. Sarqueta has been absolutely wonderful—she even helped us move in a week earlier than scheduled, which made coordinating our transition so much easier. She has also accommodated special requests when we need to leave town. Maintenance is also top-notch; Jesse and Pablo always respond to our requests within 24 hours. The apartment itself is spacious, the location is close to Bart and the neighbors are nice. Overall, we’re incredibly happy to call this place home!

My husband and I have loved living here for the past year! All of the staff here is genuinely a pleasure to be around. Sarqueta was the first person to help us and continues to do so consistently! She is always available and has guided us through any minor issue we've encountered. Marlena has also helped us through the many of the things we've needed along the way as well on the administrative side. Pablo and Jesse on the maintenance team have stopped their day many times to fix something minor, or help us with questions we have.

My roommate and I have lived here for over a year. This is the first complex where I can say I have no complaints. I’ve moved every two years around the bay.

The maintenance team, Jesse and Pablo, are very responsive and do their work well. They often come the same day we put in a request. Sarqueta at the leasing office is friendly and takes all of our concerns seriously.

The management has recently made several improvements to our apartments including new hallway lights, a newly paved parking lot, and tree trimming. We appreciate living in a well maintained community.

Special thanks to Pablo one of the members of the maintenance team. We had a problem with our dryer making loud squeaking noises and he did a great job fixing it.

I really appreciated his attention to detail. Even though it was a small issue, he took the time to thoroughly inspect, take apart and figure out what was wrong with the dryer. He also showed me what was wrong which was super informative.

As a new resident at Villa Montanero, I'm super grateful to have such a supportive and helpful maintenance team at our complex.
