Leah, the property manager is amazing. I was among the 1st tenants to move ti this apartment and i have enjoyed every moment since i came here. The staff is very helpful and this super luxurious apartment has everything. The pool, club house, child play area, and the gym are all top notch. It also has Tesla chargers . 😊 i would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to move into a truly world class luxurious apartment

My wife and I have been renting a brand-new townhome from Vida at Morgan Hill, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The home itself is beautifully designed, with a spacious two-car garage and a convenient street-level entrance, making it pedestrian and cyclist friendly (we love our bikes). The two-story layout is incredibly well thought out, utilizing space efficiently while maintaining an open feel.

Having lived in San Jose for many years, we feel fortunate to have found a rental like this just a short hop from our original stomping grounds. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family-friendly. Last but not least, the staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely care about building a community that wants to keep this a great place to live. Thanks, Leah!

It’s been about 6 weeks and so far I can say that one of the best things about being at this beautiful community is the staff. I can’t say enough great things about Dominique , Leah and Armando. From us finding the right place to call home to being accommodated and checked in on to make sure all is well. I will post an updated review down the road but if you are looking for a beautiful property with great floor plans and even better staff on site, Vida is where you want to be. Thank you again Leah (manager) Dominique (leasing) and Armando (maintenance) for making this place awesome.

If you’re considering Vida Apartments in Morgan Hill, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. The rental rates here are absolutely outrageous, especially for a one-bedroom. In an already overinflated rental market, their prices are beyond ludicrous. On top of that, they nickel-and-dime you for every basic essential—parking, storage, garage access, and even so-called “amenity fees.” These are things that should be standard, but instead, they tack on additional charges wherever they can.

It’s no wonder their occupancy rate hovers around 50%. The rest of the complex is a ghost town, likely because most people refuse to pay these ridiculous rents and excessive upcharges. Despite its massive size, the place feels empty and lacks any real sense of community. Management would have you believe it’s a thriving “city within a city,” but the reality is far from it.

Yes, it’s technically within walking distance of a few essentials, but the blasé attitude of the staff makes living here anything but convenient.

If you value your money and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Vida Apartments. It’s an overpriced, poorly managed complex that isn’t worth the hassle.

Vida was such an awesome experience. I decided to move here not only because of the brand new property, amazing amenities, and beautiful floor plans but also because of the incredible staff. My families experience was with Dominique. She was so knowledgable and really paid attention to what our home lifestyle needs were.. she knew exactly what we wanted and she never once made us feel rushed or uncared for. So grateful to have met Dominique and I am looking forward to moving into Vida.
