Excellent, professional service center! I dropped off my RV, with a tight timeline to get a long list of repairs done, and Juan and his team worked tirelessly to get the repairs in and give me the RV back on time.
Juan, the foreman, was communicative the entire time, and went through my estimate in detail to both confirm the cost and ensure they took care of everything I needed handled.
Additionally, George, one of their excellent RV techs, personally walked me through everything they did on the RV. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He even did a few things that went above and beyond the work required, just to make sure I was 100% happy with the experience.
Lastly, we had an unexpected issue pop up with the RV right before we hit the road for a cross country trip, and Juan was ready to meet me exactly when I needed help and knocked out the work quickly, getting us on the road on time.
If you need a trustworthy, high quality place to get your RV worked on, this is your spot!

Our family is desperately trying to take a trip for the summer. My husband recognized that the brakes on the rig weren’t working correctly. We store it at this location, but they fixed it within 24 hours. Now our family is safe and secure❤️ We are well on our way. I will tell you that these are the nicest folks that work as Mechanics. We are truly grateful for their customer service and expertise.

Juan was so wonderful taking the time to help me by explaining everything about my “new to me” trailer! I took it in for the advertised free 26 point inspection and they found everything to be in top shape!
I was concerned that I was told it would be ready and wasn’t. Despite that I will bring it again for more detailed servicing as suggested. And Cassandra was very helpful also!

Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I had an emergency issue with my water pump and they got me in and out within 2 1/2 hours. Problem solved, excellent service, and didn’t ream me on labor charges at all. I highly recommend Ventura RV connection for all your RV service needs.
