I love coming here! Not only is it Affordable, the customer service is over the top! The maids are super sweet and not rude at all!(like most hotels). The front desk is awesome!!! Patrick is the best! They really know what they are doing, And it's hard these days finding a hotel with A+ customer service!!! The breakfast muffins are soo yummy! And even though I wished I was in a newly renovated room, the room I was in was still super clean! The carpets are clean and the bathroom was shining! Not too mention that the towels are like The

I liked both the hotel staff that I met. The fresh muffins and coffee provided in the morning were delicious and a nice touch. The bed in the room was huge, and the room itself was large, just a bit outdated but clean and fine. I also liked the jacuzzi and used it a bit in the morning, though I didn't know how to turn the bubbles on. The pillows were not very soft and uncomfortable
And I think it's generally overpriced for how old the rooms are. But overall, we had a fine one night stay

This is a basic 2 star Motel. White comforter, comfy bed, mini refrigerator, tv, and microwave.
No coffee maker and an old dark carpet. Small pool.
Great location. 18 minute drive to Universal Studios and Warner Bros. Studios. Easy 1 block access to 101 Fwy.
Too my surprise when I stayed in Old town Pasadena the distance and time was double to get to Universal. This motel is convenient.
Buy gas at Ralph's grocery store. All 5 Chevrons are too costly; almost 1.00 more. Whole foods 1 block away. Ralph's and Sprouts .25 miles away. Target 10 min. Away.
Motel is on the busy street. Ask for room that are on the the back side. Mine was 211. I asked for a non smoking room.The check in office offered free coffee or tea and muffins for morning breakfast.
Staff were friendly. I stayed 3 nights for New Year's. This motel was 100.00 per night cheaper than the Marriott 1/2 mile away.
If you don't care for bells and whistles and feel location is more important; stay here.

So my mom needed a room for the weekend as she was just kicked out of her apartment of 13 years. I give her my credit card and she books. When her bf and her arrives with the card they refuse to check her in and accuse her of stealing the card.

Once they don’t get checked in I assume I would be receiving a refund as the guests were not able to check in. I wait 2 weeks and still have the charge on my card. So I call hotels.com and they contact the motel and the greedy unforgiving money hungry clerk tells me that the day I booked was a busy day for them and they lost money so I won’t be getting a refund. No wonder this is a 2 star motel.

This is barely a 2 star motel. Very bare bones. Does have a little pool area with a hot tub and ample parking onsite. Cramped room. Bed was soft but unexpectedly comfortable. Chose it for the location although on busy Ventura Avenue. Would opt for somewhere else if there is a next time.

This was by far the worst hotel we stayed at during our USA trip. Everything was outdated — old carpets, worn-out bathrooms, and the air conditioning was so loud that we had to change rooms. The second room wasn’t as noisy, but the AC barely worked and didn’t cool properly.

It’s almost outrageous that guests are charged over $140 for this kind of experience. It borders on disrespect towards the guests that no investment has been made to improve the facilities. Truly disappointing and a huge letdown.
