I called and ask for room availability and they told me to come on and o walked from southside to USA in Homewood just to find out that they close at 5pm on Sundays an keep in mind when I called them it was 10 minutes til 5 N it was never mentioned to me about a motel closing and I've never experienced a motel closing

I called them on Sunday bout renting room well they tell me there's vacancies & all so I walk from 1 side of Birmingham to Homewood to get room and when I got there the office was closed!!!! Yeah my thoughts exactly like who tf closes a motel #1 & #2 it would have been kinda nice knowing that BEFOREHAND
Also nobody was available anywhere only way I new office was closed bc sign in window

The vending machines are well stocked. The office staff are kind. No visitors after 7 Fri/Sat. Resident cat on duty will check you out.
Low score is for the parking lot alone is more potholes than lot.

Not bad for the price, were paying about 166 a week for a double bed with a mini fridge and microwave it's a pretty decent size room too. Their is burn marks on the tub though but their cleaning the lot up. Parking is terrible if you come in late cause their always packed. The girls in the office are really sweet and the security guard is very nice and helpful. I wish they had Wi-Fi but they do have cable and a small laundromat with four washers. Their elevator is always breaking down but one always works. You can't beat it for the price. Most of the time it's pretty quiet you can't hear much from the other rooms unless their screaming (which I've experienced, but they kicked them out very fast) all in all not a bad place for the cheapest in town.

I have read lots of complaints about this place, but I have been here for about 3 months and I haven't had any problems. The front desk people have always been nice and helpful. I think it's the way that you approach them. Consider that they have heard every bs story there is. I work, come home and mind my business. It's not as bad as some people are saying. Possible sour grapes.

Been here for a week. The stay itself is fine. The room is spacious and comfortable enough for the stay/price. NOW! The STAFF!! I'm happy to know we have security here in the evening and over night! HOWEVER, he could have been a little more personable and NOT SO SERIOUS WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS! I myself work in customer service and know that just a smile and MEEKNESS of our words can make someones day that much brighter! He definitely look capable of securing the place but guy? You say you're understanding, well show it through your attitude! Front desk? She doesn't go the extra mile and just there for whatever check she cashing each payday! Girl hung up in my face not knowing I'm already a paying customer. Lol Anywho. If you're between leases and need a place to crash for a bit without breaking your wallet? Go here!
