This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. And I used to live in the projects back in NYC. So that’s says ALOT! Crimes here are through the roof, you can definitely check all evidences on the csun police department website most reports are all from the UVA. Some neighbors are nice most neighbors are very inconsiderate very loud and dirty, they leave trash outside their door. Not to mention the cleanliness here is beyond disgusting! The laundry room for starters is always dirty and clothes is always being left behind, which causes a conflicts between other tenants to get their laundry done as well. Last but definitely not least the lack of professionalism that you will encounter with housing department is disgusting and they DO NOT CARE about the students with families, so we are always being left in the dark. Especially when things brake down or we encounter floods we are told there is nothing that can be done. I will post some horrifying pictures. So please do yourself and families a favor and don’t even think about moving in here. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Especially if your a student they are not here for you.

Ohh forgot to mention the walls and floors are extremely thin. And there have been serval people walking around here half naked while kids are playing outside.

Nice place. Had great sleep with firm mattress. Clean place for guest. The apartments has security fence around it. At night the night lights were too bright. Hard to fell asleep
