We bought into this park 4 years ago. Upon arrival several residents came out to introduce themselves and to offer help. We love this park. Exceptional residents and friendly staff. The lots have mature greenery. They are spacious and private. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great activities! Great views! We do get some windy days. Minutes to the freeway and downtown Palm Springs.

We really do love our time spent here at Two Springs. The people are very friendly, our site is more private than other Palm Springs RV resorts. We plan on having our site for many years to come. The park may be a little older but the people and privacy make up for it. The sights here are beautiful done. Everyone has there own personality in how they designed their lot. Two Springs RV resort is a great place to spend our winter and spring season.

If you are buying, talk to the long time residents about Manager. He will make ownership regretful. Manager has limited hours and will blame the County for the sewer & water problems. Birds plant trees in the water/sewer line but he refuses to let you clear the trees. That’s why there are so many dead trees. Park is older park. Problems are old problems. Many sell after two years because of the Manager attitude. Don’t buy, you will regret it.

The park is clean, drive way is paved but cracked and uneven. RV standard sites are desert sand (can be uneven) for RV and concrete pads for yr car and it's on the drivers side. The premium sites are not much different the RV site are either gravel or desert sand but rest of the area are paved. Sites have ample space on both sides and surrounded by edge flowering plant. All sites are back in. Sewer and hook-up's some are at the back. Water pressure normal. |Internet is only good for browsing and videos. The pool and and hot tub are good. There is no workout room. |We have a 45 foot motorhome and had tough time driving to RV site and backing into a site was really tough. |Please be aware it's extremely windy. Can't pull out any shades and could feel the slides shake at times from wind. |There is a security from 4pm to 8am daily.||Staff Jason was really accommodating and friendly. ||

BEWARE OF THE OWNER MARK. I regret having to write this review. I stayed at Two Springs for 2 1/2 months but I was charged for 3 months! $395 over what I was told i would pay. Jason one of employees was a nice man. I had Covid. Jason told me to arrive on Dec 15, 21 and he would start my billing on Dec. 15. but MARK the owner charged me starting Dec. 1 even though I have proof I paid for another RV parks in Arizona during that time. Mark refuses to pay me back the money he overcharged me and Jason will not return my calls or text or emails. Long term owners/ residents told me dishonest and neglectful things Mark did and or did not do that he promised them he would do. Jason also said I could leave early and he would probate the time but I was still charged even though I left early. The Intense strong winds are another reason to avoid this RV Park which is across the street from the wind turbines. Nancy Snively

Here for a job in Palm Springs. We have a lovely spot that is paved and has a shed with the owners patio furniture.| I really like the location and also security on location at night.| We will be here a total of seven months. | The pool is very nice. A little chilly right now.|

We went in the off season and it was dead quiet. Most of the spaces are owned like a piece of property and have large 5th wheel campers parked on them with a chain or a gate in front of the spot. The hookups are located behind your vehicle so you need to bring a sewer hose extension set or park at angle to hook up normally. Very clean with a large pool and plenty of basic amenities.

I very much enjoyed my winter season at Two Springs. It was surprisingly tranquil and very safe. The internet works really well and the site was easily accessible. I especially like that the park is just far enough from town to reduce problems and at the same time close enough that it's easy to get out and run errands. Lots of UBER cars for quick runs to take care of things and very reasonably priced. It will be home for many seasons to come. Nice to experience the very private feel that goes with a fully gated and guarded resort. 5 Gold Stars.
