Had a wonderful and positive experience with Julio. Toured the model i was interested in and also upgraded ones...which made me think I wanted more than the one I was actually interested in the first place. He answered all my questions and just gave me a positive and delightful vibe. He did not make feel rushed like other do or so. I appreciate people who take their time and exceed your expectations.

This is an updated review! Vanessa and Priscilla were absolutely amazing in getting in touch with me despite some hiccups before the holidays and I am so grateful for them both. Vanessa showed us our unit and the place is everything I could want and more. This updated follow up was amazing and Vanessa has answered every single question we’ve had during our tour. Cannot wait to officially move in!

I have been living in this community for some time now, and unfortunately, I have seen the standards here take a nosedive. The property has become increasingly dirty, and it’s clear that cleanliness is not being prioritized. Trash is often left unattended, and it’s not uncommon to see garbage piling up around the complex.

What’s worse, there is an infestation problem. It seems like pests have made this their home, and it’s becoming unbearable. I’ve tried reaching out to the management several times, but nothing seems to be done. The manager has shown little to no effort to address these issues, which is frustrating for residents like myself who pay good money to live here.

It’s really disappointing to see such neglect in a community that could be a great place to live. I sincerely hope the management starts taking these concerns seriously, but as of now, the lack of action is unacceptable.

The best part of the tour was Jansen who was very keen and excited in showing us around and showing the different features of the properties. However, management did not reply to emails and text messages and Jansen had already left the company. Good tour but poor follow up protocol even if there’s a good call center. Despite that we never heard back.

So far so good. Our kids love it here. We just noticed a few minor things that need fixing and parking is not the best but it’s workable.

I have been emailing and calling with no luck! They owe me $200 deposit and they are ignoring my emails! I can’t get passed the automated message when I call, it just says to text and of course they don’t respond to my text either!

Be incredibly aware when inquiring or touring this place. If you agree to even POTENTIALLY fill out an application fee, whether you even fill out or NOT, they will bill you $109. My potential roommate in SEATTLE who wasn’t even PRESENT, was billed $109 as well. Everything seemed PRELIMINARY. But that doesn’t matter apparently.

We also paid $250 just to hold the place.
The guy vaguely said if we would return by the weekend, which may have been a 2-day deadline, we would receive it back. We did not come back by the weekend nor was the deposit even applied to the “application fee.” He also claimed he called and left messages to remind us of the deposit but he either entered the wrong number or outright LIED.

I can’t say anything about personal experience of living here, but the process of just inquiring about this place is an outright SCAM. I’ve never had an experience like this from any leasing company. $468 in total charges for absolutely nothing. Incredible
