From the very beginning of our discussions, Jade was responsive and helpful. She showed us many options, including a video of two apartments she herself shot with her phone. After my sister moved in, Jade continued to be attentive. We are pleased with the accommodations and with the service we are getting.

I took an older client to the Truewood facility in Pinole so he could check it out and see whether it might suit his needs. He lives alone now in a house and needs to downsize and step up to more support in his daily life. Jade Dancel gave him the tour and did a fantastic job showing him what it would be like to join the Truewood community. The prices are quite reasonable for everything you get, including what looks like a delicious daily menu cooked up by the staff. Lots of independence but plenty of opportunities to join in with the other residents. He's not sure what he's going to do yet but he is glad to know that Truewood is there when he is ready to make his move. Thanks, Jade, I really appreciate your kind perceptions and acknowledgments of his situation and needs combined with your warm and low key professional presentation.

I've been very pleased with this community - after two earlier stays in Denver area. The staff clearly are trying hard to make life here pleasurable. We've been pleased with the food especially.

I have been a resident here since January 28,2023. Prior to that I lived in an apartment with stairs. When I fractured my back I became home bound, since I moved here I can get around, mingle and make new friends. They have many activities. I participate in the ones I am interested in. The service is very good, there is a thoughtful staff and employees, they go out of their way to accommodate me, the food is very good, with choices at each meal. I feel that I am where I need to be. I highly recommend Truewood by Merrill.
