We had a very large party stay here for an extended period of time for a local project and Ann, the general manager , was our main point of contact. She was great! Absolutely wonderful experience and I recommend this hotel, 10/10 service!

Staff were amazing, very polite. First night when our A/C came on it made our room smell like wet dog. Second night there were dog's across the hall that barked until early morning. I love dogs , but rhey should have rooms that they designate to dog rooms. Or a floors that they designate. The walls in this hotel are paper thin. The room next door alarm woke me up. Not a bad hotel nicely up dated and great staff. It was just disappointing to not be able to relax and get a good nights rest.

Booked a room a week ahead of time for a concert in town. Waited in the check in line for over 30 minutes. All while waiting in line, the 3 people in front of me all checked in and came back to the desk within 5 minutes saying they were given a room already taken and had walked in on people. I decided to leave because I did not feel comfortable staying at a hotel where I could have someone walk in on me. It was super inconvenient because due to the concert, a lot of hotels were already booked.

Stayed here once for one night and checked out early instead of staying the amount of days I originally planned. Noticed I was charged an extra 250.00 for smoking in the room and I didn’t smoke in the room. I was told because the room smelled like smoke that I had to be charged for it. The manager Ann was very condescending towards me and at times made me feel as if this was just a big joke to her. I would recommend staying else where if you smoke cigarettes because they will charge you if the room smells like smoke and you didn’t smoke in it.
