This boutique motel is everything I wanted and more. We came here for a three day trip to Palm Springs and were thrilled to be able to get a room at the Trixie Motel.
The interior design and decor of all the spaces is incredibly well done, joyous, and inviting.
Every single staff member was so kind and friendly. It felt like staying with your favorite aunt who wants to make sure you have the best time during your visit.
Food and drinks from the Barbara lounge alone are a great reason to come check out this property.
The salt water pool was perfectly warm and taken care of. We enjoyed laying out, chatting to other guests and staff, and taking in the gorgeous mountains views right from the pool deck.
The room was pristine and well appointed. The towels were super soft, we loved the sundries provided, and also greatly enjoyed the breakfast basket, coffee, and water.
Highly recommend Trixie Motel to anyone wanting a low-key, but very unique hotel stay experience or to come in for drinks and snacks.

Had to absolute BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!!! Laura, Angel, Kevin, and Christian provided the most upstanding service and made our time here so amazing! The drinks were delicious (pricey, I know, but so worth it), the pool was heated and clean, the rooms, ugh, so inviting and immaculate. This was my 2nd time here, and it just gets better and better. I look forward to coming again!! Thank you to the staff. You all were so good to us. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm obsessed! I stayed two nights in two different rooms and I was so impressed with all of the details! This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. All of the staff was so friendly and warm and welcoming. The Barbara Bar was adorable and had great mocktails. I didn't want to leave and I'll definitely be going back to stay in all of the rooms. I loved how small and intimate the motel is. I'm a huge fan of the Madonna Inn (I've stayed in 27 of their rooms so far) and I can honestly say I like the Trixie Motel better than the Madonna Inn!!

Had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Trixie motel in January. The motel is beautifully finished and offers a taste of luxury in a motel setting.

The rooms are spacious and impeccably decorated, the Malin gotez products was also wonderful touch.

We swam in the beautifully heated pool and enjoyed the sun on the lounges while the staff consistently checked in. Huge should out Laura and and Angel.

Breakfast was cute and a nice way to start the day, it was nice to have breakfast with just the small numbers of guests at the motel each day.

The staff did a great job at ensuring privacy for guests while visitors to the bar and gift shop were present. On this, to those leaving reviews around their experiences on the gift shop or bar, please promptly go outside and touch some grass, this is first and foremost a MOTEL. I don’t see you leaving reviews for the Hilton when you aren’t allowed to scope out their properties. Sure feel a certain way but keep it to yourself, it’s not really a genuine review of the Trixie MOTEL.

Beautiful space for drinks at the Barbara Bar, but there was so much *nervous energy* coming from the employees that my partner, a psychiatrist, theorized the tension from Trixie and David's recent breakup must have been trickling down to the staff. From the moment we were greeted, we felt rushed -- and though our reservation was for 5:30, we were told once we arrived that last call was at 6:00 (on New Year's Day, no less). Nice drinks but pricey. Gorgeous decor, bad vibes.

Thanks to Joseph and Kevin, we had a blast here last night!!!! We were so grateful that Joseph showed us the gift shop because we love our new Trixie shirts! The drinks and food were delicious. We will definitely be back!

This review is for the bar/lounge. I would say go for the vibe only if you go. The drinks were very pricey, not very well made, and the food was fine, but not worth the price. We enjoyed the ambience as we are big Trixie fans, but decided to only have one round and would probably not go again.

We stayed in the Atomic Bombshell room. Having watched the show, we were thrilled to see everything IRL. Beautiful furnishings, classy and elevated. The entire room was clean, comfortable, warm and inviting. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed signature drinks and delicious snacks before dinner, then the next day we enjoyed the breakfast basket, coffee, and a dip in the heated pool. Absolutely fabulous.
