Quiet, clean and the most expensive homeownership on the coast. For a mobile home Park. They have people that follow you that claim they are security and tell you that your not allowed to be outside without the owner present. I wonder if people walk all of their guest out to their car. I wouldn't ever want to live in a place that lies and harasses people about fake rules so they feel superior. But I'm sure some people need them and want them. I understand that they don't want bad things happening. But chill out on the harassment. They are good for setting rules that don't apply to themselves.

They are bullies, and will make you feel terrible if you need something from them. Like your inconveniencing them. They will bully you until you do what they want. It's the truth, and they need to fix their politics in this park. I'm sure someone in the HOA is doing bad business with the actual management. It's just strange the things that happen here. I'm only an outsider watching these people get taken advantage of. Just be aware.

My grandmother and uncle have lived there for over 20 yrs my grandmother recently died. The management has given my uncle who is a double amputee on dyalisis 3 times a week a eviction notice 5 days. They say his credit score isn't good enough. All they want is to take his mobile home away. What kind of mobile park is this kicking out a man with no legs. The manager is rude makes rules she doesn't follow herself. Lets see what happens next. Best and believe this is not the end. This management is a joke sorry for our lose you started this eviction kick out requirements whatever you want to call it its just straight evil. To kick out a man with no legs and not much time to his life just lose his mother. Your killing my uncle faster for he has to move and leave mobile home . all you want is to take and steal people homes your sick people town and country mobile homes.

I visited a home here and was so disappointed. RE agent told me nice place. It was terrable. Trash on many porches. Landscaping needed.
Won't buy here!

The only it's a typical Park where the managers and owners could care less about the needs of those who are living there. If someone tries to sell their mobile home in that Park they go out of their way to discourage anyone else buying that mobile home. they're not very nice people

Its a very nice place my mother lives there,its a very clean area and i feel better now that my mother lives there its such a clean and safe environment so glad she found the Town and Country moblie estates to live in❤💯

I was told to pay $45 just to apply.
The roads in the park are like a four wheeler mountain roads, or fault line cracks.
Might as well camp outside.

We live in Town and Country the only thing they need to have the people to clean there yards and need to clean out the theives and neighbors need to have respect for each others.
