I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Outside looked a little run down. However the room was clean and had all the expected amenities. The food in the bar was awesome. We ate outdoors while over looking the pool and mini golf course. I admit we only stayed one night because I live in Arizona and when company comes we use Palm springs airport. Sometimes the departure and arrival time requires me to get a hotel before heading home.

This was the perfect place for me to stay during a business trip in Palm Springs! Although I arrived to the hotel late, that wasn't an issue with the self service check-in which I LOVED. There aren't many parking spaces by the property but they offer other options. It was unfortunate that I didn't receive a welcome packet or anything in my room describing what I needed to do for checkout/wifi/etc but my stay was still enjoyable. If you're looking for an instagram-worthy hotel, this is your spot! The pool was adorable and I couldn't stop taking photos of the property.

This place is anything, but cool! It’s a dump, cheesy and service sucks! The owner Tracy takes bride in this shot hole - but doesn’t understand the basics of quality customer care! Don’t go there!!!||||1. The internet barely works||2. As does the TV - on and off due to low bandwidth||3. The water pressure in the bathroom sink is 0.5 over zero - there is NONE!||4. Ice machines are none existent - staff tells you to drive to the next 7/11 to get ice.||5. There are 4 parkings for 9 rooms! So park on the street if you find a parking there at night||6. The front gate requires a CODE- but you won't get it when checking in - and are locked out of the hotel after 7PM!!! Try climbing over the front door, if you dare!||7. They play TIKI music ALL day - the same playlist repeats every 45 minutes or so. The owner, Tracy, won't allow staff to chance it. So you're bound for a hell of a music ride all day long.||I better stop here since it's just a CHEAP DUMPY wannabe hip place!||Good luck staying there!

Exactly like the photos. Clean and well kept. There was no staff on property during my stay which was a little different than I used to but was easy to check in. The roadway carries a bit of noise which i noticed more while on the second floor and the sidewalks are a bit incomplete until you get a good block or so towards the main streets to the south. Good location but still a bit too far to walk to the shops and restaurants nearby.

A part la propreté impeccable, c'est hôtel est un grand (et cher) bricolage amateur, peuplé de fantômes. Il faut un code pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée. Pour obtenir le code il faut téléphoner. Pas toujours évident pour des touristes étrangers. Ensuite il faut un deuxième code pour ouvrir la boite à clés. A l'intérieur il n'y a personne. Les rénovations semblent avoir été menées par un bricoleur du dimanche et on peine à comprendre le prix élevé demandé.

Really fun looking hotel and very comfortable. The lady at the desk was also extremely helpful and made an effort to make sure our stay was nice.
Would definitely come again and would love to try the other hotels in the area that are by the same owner!

it's all done in the most inexpensive cheapest way possible. Wasn't even a bedside table and lamp. The furniture is that kind you get at the cheapest discount store. Everything feels like it is going to fall apart any second. And for further torture this insipid tiki music is on a loop all day and night. I don't understand exactly what this place is. You don't meet anyone to greet you. We couldn't even complain to anyone as no one answered our texts. This place is like one very unfunny practical joke, and in very scary dangerous looking neighborhood.

I had an amazing stay at Tiki Hotel, from the room to the pool everything was very clean and neat. The staff were very organized and professional and made me feel welcome. I really enjoy the complimentary breakfast they had for us. Thank you very much for everything at Tiki Hotel and I will definitely come back . Thanks 🏆
