I had the most pleasant experience with The Villa’s Maintenance Personnel. I noticed water was leaking from my washroom. I called the office number and the Maintenance Manager called me back immediately. He patiently instructed how to shut the water off because I had no idea the location nor how to shut it off. He responded immediately to my apartment. He was able to fix the problem, kept my updated of what was going on. He cleaned the area. I was so pleased with the experience. I did not expect him to clean it up. I was going to do that task myself. He was very professional helpful and went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was pleased and take care of the problem. I am really happy to live here and know that I have the most professional team of maintenance that I can call upon respond quickly and take care of the problems that may arise. I also had the Office Manager follow up the very next day to make sir all my needs weren’t met.
This is the most professional team of people to work at The Villa. The management and maintenance personnel make this the most pleasant place to live. Anytime that I’ve had to call. They have given me the most upmost respect and professionalism that I have ever encountered in my life. This is the best place to live, and I thank The Villa for their professionalism.

I usually don’t even do reviews but this may be my last resort for someone to come fix my A/C. Every place has tradeoffs when it comes to cons & pros, however the cons are definitely starting to be more frequent living here. “Emergency Maintenance “ line is a joke. Never received a phone call back the few times I’ve attempted to use it. Long story short, A/C is not working in the middle of the summer and I can’t get in contact with anyone to assist. The whole “providing residents with the best community services …blah blah…..“ is a façade. Avoid this place

I moved into the Villas about a month ago. It is a nice, clean and quiet community with a beautiful view of the Arkansas river. I moved into a one bedroom unit with new floors and new carpet. Emily made the application and lease process seamless and painless. I have had a couple of minor mechanical issues since I moved in however maintenance has been very prompt and thorough in addressing the issues. Hats off to Jared on the maintenance team for all of his help. My dog has enjoyed walks around the beautiful property and playing in the dog park. I am looking forward to summer and pool season. The complex has two nepture pools that bookend each end of the property as well as a jacuzzi tub attached to each pool along with plenty of cabanas and gas grills. There are many more amenities to this property, too many to list in a review. My advice would be if you are looking for fine apartment living in the Maumelle area, come take a tour of the Villas. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful apartments! If you're looking for a nature scenery, calm & peaceful place to call home, this is it! The maintenance works expeditious & speedy when I need something fixed. The office staff is unmatched! Everyone is sweet & always helpful, 10/10 recommend!

Apartments themselves are generally fine, however there are way too many public utilities/functions issues that would prevent me from recommending this location.

Frequent enough power outages occur here at the slightest amount of heavy rain, and they seem to be isolated specifically to this apartment complex and nearby areas.

Mail delivery is an issue. I've had several packages delivered to the wrong door, or some not delivered at all until I had to call USPS to track them down. It's 50/50 if the gate codes provided by the complex work at all, which could lead to packages not being delivered.

Internet is usually fine, but once again, something about this specific location causes outages that only affect this complex and the close surrounding areas.

Not sure how the complex themselves could solve the utility issues, but it's a huge pain point. Needs to be more pressure on Entergy / AT&T / USPS to come up with more systemic fixes for their issues.
