Overall a good visit at a renovated hotel / small resort. For $141 on a Saturday in February, it was a good deal and worth the price.
2 pools, one being adult only, they were good sized. Only the family was heated so the adult only was more of a cold plunge. Both of the hot tubs were nice.
Not too rowdy but there is music bopping during the day. At night it was quiet enough to sleep.
The rooms were modern and updated. The flooring in the room was a weird texture and I'm not sure how clean it was. The sheets were not very nice.
Overall a good stay at a good value, but I would not be balling out to stay here

The cleaning was daily but they never replaced my body lotion. Also, although the rooms were somewhat spacious, they never replaced my broken coffee maker machine. The personnel were attentive but not super friendly. Also, they will start making a lot of noises early in the morning

We only stayed their one night, so the price and pictures seemed right to take a risk on a one night stay, but never again---not even for free.

The pros: Large, "modern" looking, patio

The cons: thin walls, very uncomfortable lumpy bed, floor is some kind of yucky plastic material, no coffee/breakfast station, room access is code and not card access, checked out on Monday and still waiting (Thursday) for $200 deposits to be returned. It's more than some upscale hotels I've stayed and wouldn't mind it, but there's really no redeeming character about the Inn. It's totally like a motel 6.

Management should really put out coffee or breakfast station to make up for their shortcoming. It makes a difference.

Unlike many other hotels that are either pretentious or raise expectations higher than reality, often leading to some degree of disappointment when the facility is seen in person, V Palm springs does just the opposite: it is somewhat understated on the booking sites, in fact it seems to be based on a motel model from a planning point of view, but once you check-in you discover an architecturally-sensitive facility with good-quality finishes and furniture, plenty of amenities and excellent service. The day we checked-in, the internet service was down in the area, so there was no TV available: the staff apologized (even if it had nothing to do with the hotel) and offered us a drink and an entree each at their on-site restaurant: Bravo! We'll be back.

Not a bad place at all. Not far from things in the city. Rooms weren't bad and were clean. Property was clean and quite at night. Pool area was nice.
There's a nearby bar and grill in the same parking lot. I didn't go in but nice to have something to walk to.
Room is modern but the beds sit low to the ground and are soft.
No elevator but the staircase isn't steep and has a landing mid way up.

Spent a lot of time on the balcony with views of the pool, a mountain and the inside of the property.

Overall good.

Never received my deposit so now I’m going to have to dispute with the bank.

My girl & I booked a room. Restroom was locked for whatever reason. They moved us to another room that seems like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. Magazines had dry “liquid” on it. Bed was very sandy?/dusty.

Will not be returning.

I informed the receptionist she said the manager would contact but never did.
