👀 Looking for a “ NOTARY” The UPS Store offers notary, fax, scan and email your legal documents, document shredding, passport photos, office and mailing supplies, they have it ALL in one place, after searching for a Notary around my area with any luck because I work late, finally I found UPS, who will though about this place, the best part is that they are open until 6:30 PM, 7 days a week, walks in welcome o top of that they have a very good customer service, the price was right. 👏👋Thank you.

My guy Bryant did an awesome job today. The store is packed with post holiday amazon returns. The gentleman moved with a sense of urgency, showing me he cares about the customers time, while still upholding a high quality of attention, courtesy, and respect to each customer he served. He even hit a couple technical snags in the process of handling my return and stayed cool and knew tricks and when to ask for help from a peer when he was unsure of something. The wait time getting to the counter was not optimal but Bryant made all the difference with my experience today at the Hilltop UPS store. Thanks Bryant!

Busier than normal this afternoon due to the kiosks being down, but the entire team took it in stride and continued to provide the best service. Bryant in particular helped me today and he was friendly, attentive, and handled my return with ease. Y’all are appreciated!

This place is a nightmare, almost every time I come in there is a line out the door. Yesterday there were 10+ people in line with one person helping while the other person organized boxes. The parking situation is huge pain, you have to drive in a loop and hope there is a space available if not you have to turn back on hilltop and back into the shopping center. Would love to see more workers and a better location for how busy it is on a regular basis.

The UPS store in Redding is family owned and operated so if you have an issue with any of their employees, it will never be resolved. The local UPS store is unprofessional, sadistic and will go out of their way to make sure you don't get your package on time or in tact. The CEO can't even do anything! Someone needs to shut them down. Unfortunately FedEx isn't used by many businesses but they're more dependable and more professional. UPS claimed that I had a package out for delivery this last Friday (11/08/2024) and it was never delivered. Then, it was expected to arrive yesterday (11/12/2024) but I never received it. I looked up my order status and there was just a "delay" notice. No idea what happened to my package but they obviously just left it in the truck over a three day weekend and no one knows where it is Yeah, super professional. They want me to call them for help? What a joke. You can't trust them to do their jobs correctly or well.

Jordyn helped us with an Amazon return that was a little odd (our fault not hers!) wow wow wow such AMAZING customer service! Every company should be so lucky to have employees like her! Thank you, Jordyn!!

Where to start.
While in line the staff complained about the fact that they will not get holiday pay for working Christmas, and the manager (or person in charge) said loud enough for all to hear - Owners/Caproate does not know how to handle their money, so we have to suffer."
Very unprofessional.
If you do not like you job, move on. Don't complain about your company to customers.

The staff touches on a fine line of harassment. I had a package and was asked "what was in it," I communicated it was cookies and Christmas treats. This was not good enough and they even wanted the cost of all the items. Ya, you can say "that's their job," but I have never been hounded this hard about what was in a package at any facility. I told them to cut the box open, because every answer I gave them was not good enough.

UPS or whatever "mom-pop" own this place, I think you need to think long and hard bout this branch and maybe start over from the ground up.

Very busy when I was there, lots of more labor intensive packages being sent, so the line went pretty slow. But the customer service I had was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Store was clean, a nice variety of services. One of the mail box customers had a package delivery notice and did not have to wait in the long line, a nice personal touch. Parking can be a bit tight and crowded, but the location is convenient. There are a variety of businesses in their strip mall, and surrounding area. Nice commercial area of town.
