An excellent oasis in a sea of options. We were greeted on a rainy Friday night by the owner. We picked a room on the wood side of the motel, and it was very cozy and quiet. The motel feels like a step back in time, which is a compliment and something we enjoy. A setting like a cabin in the woods, we relaxed when we were on site and slept even better. This location was exactly what we were looking for and will stay here again.

Clean, and comfortable place to stay. Friendly and accomidating owners. Lots of resturants in walking distance. Nice pool. This was our second stay at this hotel and we would definitely chose this same one again. The trolly runs right outside the front of the hotel.

Repeat customer. Clean rooms, friendly staff, central location. Great value. Patio outside the room was a bit buggy with the bright lights but I didn’t bother them and they didn’t bother me. Tv in the room was humorously small “..finally broke down and bought myself a plasma tv…” but we weren’t there to sit in the room and watch tv so that wasn’t a big deal for us.

We have been staying at the trails in for about 7 seven years now during the first week in October. We love it. The management is great. the price is good. the rooms are great. It is in a great location. Thank you Chuck! we will see you next year. Already getting ready.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The grab and go breakfast had multiple options. We traveled with our two small children. Location was very convenient to downtown. It was very easy to check in and check out.

Clean rooms, excellent showers, and friendly staff! It is a great location for the event we were attending. We would recommend The Trails Inn for anyone looking to stay in Eureka Springs. Parking is also a plus, they always have your spot reserved right in front of your room! We will be back!

I've stayed here 4 times. Rooms are always extra clean. Owners are friendly. They have maintained the integrity of the motel. Convenient location that is nestled just outside of downtown. Rooms have mini fridges, microwave, and coffee pots. Breakfast is a grab and go but always stocked. Great prices on rooms. I have never had an issue here. Always the place I stay. Its not all fancy but has your basics and extra clean. Highly recommended.
