Señores, como es posible que no envíen info oportuna para saber la unidad asignada..... como es posible que no hayan los cubiertos para comer, suficientes para las 3 habitaciones (hay 3 platos!!! Y 3 cucharas!!!)|Como es posible que nadie responda oportunamente los mails La TV funciona pésimo y nadie te ayuda. El depto estupendo pero el servicio...... imposible peor!! Si quiere pasarlo mal, vaya.

My family and I stayed at The Reside for Christmas to attend the Texans vs Ravens game, December 24-26, 2024, and had a great time. Erika was very pleasant to work with. When I text her, she responded very quickly, even after we left and returned home, she responded to my text. Our condo was spacious and big enough for all 4 of us. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and I was able to cook Christmas breakfast and warm up my pre-cooked Christmas dinner. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again on a return trip to the Houston area. Thank you Erika for your great hospitality and welcoming my family and I to your property.

If you are looking for a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay, especially for medical treatment, you can’t find a better place than this! It’s a gated community with access only by access codes and literally only minutes from the medical district. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments are spacious and very clean and furnished with just about everything you need to walk in and be “home” during your stay. The property manager, Erica, is absolutely a God Send! She is beyond helpful and compassionate for her guests and their families. The Reside gets 5 ⭐️ but The Reside with Erica gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here to be close to MD Anderson. It's a 6 minute drive. The condo is so nice & clean. Washer, dryer, towels, silverware, pot, pans, plates, glasses & coffee cups. It's a gated property for extra safety. The lady running the show is so sweet & prompt with any issues. I definitely recommend to stay here.

This is a great place to stay. It is safe, quiet and comfortable. The management is very courteous. It is near restaurants and grocery stores. We have been coming here for over three years because a family member is a patient at MD Anderson and The Reside is perfect for us. They are also pet friendly. I would recommend The Reside to anyone looking for a safe comfortable place to stay, especially cancer patients.

We stayed with a 9 kids and 3 adults, very good location and safety environment. We used rented cars and it was very convenient for parking with a gated community. Especially thank You very mich for the lady from the staff- absolutely amazing service we love US and Texas!

I just finished an 8 day stay here while my significant other was hospitalized. I was grateful for the ease and uncomplicated stay as I was focused on my loved one and her needs. I was sent instructions for check in which worked perfectly as I checked in late at night. Everything was described before hand housekeeping routine... My visit went as expected with some friendly interactions that helped brighten a difficult trip. It was a calm and relaxing place. My room was clean, the pool calming and great signs posted so I didn’t have to ask. I was also able to walk to the grocery and other stores. Lekeshia did a great job and was pleasant and joyful. A great stay for a difficult reason. Thank you.

This apartment had everything we needed and so close to Krogers, Papas, CVS, Target, Wig World, Pet Smart, Cleburnes Cafeteria, Luby’s Cafeteria…
I have absolutely no complaints!! Our little dogs just love it. Plenty of room to walk and feel safe at any hour being gated. Beds are so comfortable and kitchen is supplied with dishes pots and pans makes cooking a breeze especially with nice dishwasher also dishwasher pods provided! A washer and dryer provided and some clothes washing pods! TV in living room and bedroom two bedrooms and two bathrooms so nice and roomy and clean! Patio is so nice to watch sunset and drink coffee or tea at end of the day. Close to MDAnderson if doing the stem cell transplant like I was and Mrs Erica will work with you if your schedule changes.
All in all I give The Reside a five star highest rating!!!!
