The Reserve at Springdale is a fantastic, brand new property! Love the amenities with the modern gym, dog park, huge pool area with grills and other areas to hang out as well.

Sarah and her team have made everything super easy and have exceeded my expectations in every way, especially with how frequently they communicate.

Great location which is in the middle of everything and there is even a food truck gathering place across the street. Can you tell I love it...? 🙂

The apartments are well maintained and the grounds are well kept. The amenities are always clean and are open for a very reasonable amount of time! The management team is easy to get into contact with and does an excellent job of keeping everyone up to date on important information regarding the facilities. Management team also goes above and beyond by providing a monthly newsletter that informs us of activities and events happening in the area and hosting a monthly celebration, wether it be for end of summer or to celebrate a national holiday, with treats and plenty of notice of the celebration. The Reserve at Springdale is a fabulous place to live.

I have only great things to say about living here! Rent is priced very reasonably considering the modernity of the apartments and the amenities provided (pool, gym, theater, dog park, multiple gazebos with grills and patio furniture, option for storage units, two playgrounds). The complex is right across the street from The Boardwalk and a Dollar General for some emergency groceries, and only a couple minutes away from the Botanical Gardens and a trailhead of Lake Fayetteville. The managers, Paola and Cindy, as well as maintenance staff are friendly and easily available for any need. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

Honestly love living here. The amenities are nice and the staff that work here are always very kind. Maintenance response is also fairly quick. I think renting a 3bed/2bath is definitely more than worth it

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! infested in cockroaches and other bugs. These aren’t luxury apartments. Black mold in dishwasher, broken dishwasher when we moved in. Paint all over everything. We moved into an extremely dirty apartment. Our door was broken and it took them a month to come out and fix it. I had to come and talk to them multiple times before they fixed anything. The floors are separated everywhere and the toilets were broken and coming off the wax ring, and the counters in the bathroom are separated from the cabinet. These are not luxury apartments. Do not move in here. If I could get my money back and move I would. They only came once to treat the apartment not SEVERAL TIMES! The neighbors have roaches as well and they were here when we moved in.

Probably the best apartment I’ve ever lived at . Very modern and clean , great amenities and office staff is so welcoming and friendly and always ready to help ! Definitely would recommend checking out !

Love living here, always friendly management, clean facilities and plenty of amenities offered throughout the facility, including pool, Gym, BBQ gazebos, Dog Park, and on site storage. ? plus food trucks, Dollar General and restaurants, gas stations at walking distance.

Cindy was SO nice while touring. She did not have any current availability for what we were looking for, but she was so personable and willing to help. She even pointed us to a sister property, which had the size units we were wanting available in the right time frame. You could tell she just wanted to help us find the best place to fit our needs! The only reason for the 4 stars is that it is hard to enter/exit the complex due to the backed up traffic in front of the entrance! But as far as the initial impression of the complex and office staff, 5 stars seems appropriate.
