Since the recent transition to a new property manager, I've been pleasantly surprised by the positive changes that have taken place under Nico's leadership. Though initially uncertain about the transition, it's become clear that the arrival of Nico has brought a fresh perspective and a renewed commitment to tenant satisfaction.

What stands out most is Nico's proactive approach to addressing tenant concerns and improving the overall living experience. Despite being new to the property, Nico has shown a remarkable ability to listen to tenants' feedback and swiftly implement changes to address any issues that arise. Their responsiveness and dedication to making meaningful improvements have already made a noticeable difference in the atmosphere of the property.

Communication has also greatly improved under Nico's management. They have made a concerted effort to keep tenants informed about upcoming changes, maintenance schedules, and other important updates. This transparent communication style has fostered a sense of trust and accountability, which is essential for building a strong tenant-manager relationship.

Additionally, Nico and Luis has wasted no time in addressing maintenance issues and ensuring that the property is well-maintained. This property has a perfect location and perfect staff. It is on the hill, safe area, close to freeways(280 and 101), grocery stores, restaurants and etc. Even though they recently took over, Nico the property manager was extremely knowledgeable about the property, was patient with us touring multiple units. He also made sure that our application process was as smooth as possible. Very impressed.

Moved in a week ago and so far the experience is very nice. Only noise from neighbors is from the hallways from time to time. Visited right after the new management took over so the system wasn't up and running yet, but Nico took the time to help us get approved and moved in within our window we needed. Also had a couple maintenance requests after doing our move in evaluation and Luis was on top of the repairs the next morning. Really happy with our move here so far!

Spacious apartments at secure location with great view. Huge thanks to the Nico ! Awesome greeting and professional attitude, finally was able to move in decent apartment within a few days with the most convenient terms. This guy know what the heck he s doing!

I called to inquire on availability for a 1br apartment and I spoke to an individual named Nico. Nico really needs to understand the definition of customer service. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if it’s lack of not knowing how to talk to people, but he definitely needs to work on that or he will continue to steer potential renters away.

The management is on top of everything. Nico is doing a great job responding to phone calls and emails. It is better service than the previous owner.

Beautiful apartments and great staff. The apartment manager Jessica is really easy to talk to helpful. Maintenance is really thorough and quick to help when I’ve needed something fixed. They really care about the tenants and have recently upgraded the clubhouse. There’s a pool table and they recently got a bbq for the residents. The pool is heated! This is the 5th apartment I’ve lived in and absolutely the best. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Worth to pay for single bedroom apt. Have nice pool , all necessary amenities . Beside having some noise experience during summer , its a peaceful place to stay. Staff is professional too.
