We loved this little RV Park. Everything is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is quiet, no road noise. The sites are close together but there are hedges between most of them. We didn’t use the playground but there is an older one with a slide and some swings as well as a pool to burn off pent up travel energy. I would call to book rather than do it online. That way you can talk to someone at the park and not a reservation system somewhere else.

This is the 2nd time we have been been to the Parkway RV campground this year, and it will be the last.
When we arrived yesterday (17 Feb 24) approx 12:10 pm, there was no one in the office and all was locked up. My wife phoned the number displayed on the office door and spoke to a lady who advised us to take a spot on row "B" and she would contact us later.
Approx 1 hour later she called asking for our credit card, which we paid. My wife asked for a receipt which she sent via email, but noticed that she charged us an early check in fee of $10, This had not been .mentioned when we first spoke, and did not see any mention of an early check in fee on their website. While we were at the site, there were only a handful of campers, it was pretty empty.
The washrooms were freezing cold and the showers were coin operated. (Last year we lost a fair bit of change on the non working coin machine) We went to the office to get change, but again, there was no one there. We phoned her and she advised there was a change machine in the laundry room. Not a chance we were going put cash in it and have it not working properly.
We finally found some quarters in our motorhome and went to try our luck at the showers. They were ice cold until the last minute it actually got hot. Out of three shower stalls, only one stall had a working light. We were charged $72 for the one night.
We were travelling with friends that were a few days behind us that were also planning on staying at the Parkway. Their plans have now changed!

We stayed 5 nights to visit the local Wildlife Refuge's and enjoyed our stay here. Utilities all worked with no issues, water pressure was a little low but expected since they are on well water. Sites are gravel but level and plenty long enough for our 42 foot rig and toad. One of the best features of this park is that it is located 1 mile west of I-5 so it is nice a quiet. We would we definitely stay here again.

Great staff! Very quiet great amenities although we didn’t use them
pool, plenty of play areas outside. Love the flickering lights at each site! Pretty little spot.

We rented the park model and it was awesome! This was much better than an Airbnb! Loved the staff and wine tasting! super close to black butte lake as well! We used the pool and took advantage of the laundry rooms. I love the water conscious saving methods they use such as the coin operated showers! We need to conserve water in northern California and this warms my heart to see!

The first thing I noticed was how peaceful and well maintained the park was. It had such easy access to I5 but not a peep of road noise. The size of the spot was generous, very easy to locate and pull through. I appreciated the lush grass and plentiful large trees. They quickly took my call ahead on a Sunday evening and got me booked for a pull through site so we could drive right in and start relaxing!

Campground is clean and well-taken care of. There is lots of grass in between sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
