We have been here for a little over 7 months now. It’s been a blessing. I can complain about a few things but, I’m grateful for having a place to call home. My apartment is spacious, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms with walk in closets. Living room is very large and kitchen is a good size. With a washer and dryer hook up. So far it’s been a much better place than where me and my family lived before.

I love it it’s family oriented a lot of kids I think it’s suitable for families. Kids are unbothered here, adults be minding their own business, the only drama is your own. Yes it’s been a few crimes but where isn’t there crime. Been here for two years and a half going on 3, I don’t mind staying till I purchase my home. Down side is the rent will go up or down, frequently, there is no control!

If you don't mind being on edge everyday an night from the drug bust an killings an the apt complex roach infestation will drive you insane. The new management don't let notice when you're water will be randomly shut off the list can go on but it's cheap an affordable kinda too much for the living condition.

The roaches or so bad Even after spraying and baiting I have videos of roaches coming in back door . I take my trash out several times a day I also wipe everything with Clorox wipes . I have a pet I feed him twice a day so no dog food is left out I've been her 2 years and 3 months and I've been seeing people move in the last six months who have been here over five years .

Ive Lived in this Area for over 20 yrs and This Was a Nice Hotel. Now they have turned into Trashy Trash Housing Facility to People that Camp Outside Trash All Over the Place, Residents with Cars that Have No Windows packed with House Items and Etc. And When U Call The Desk to Address Your Good Citizen Standard Issues They HANG UP on You.
The Residents of Our Neighborhood Must Get to Gether and Do A Petition to Close This Place Down.

I lived here a decade ago since then they've remodeled which if I still lived in Fresno I'd go right back hoping the same unit was available because they turned my 3bd/2bth 1200sqft(size of my 1st starter home! But it was an apartment-HUGE FOR for $850 in 2015) into a town house that's 2400 sqft NOW FOR UNDER $1200!!!!!! I really did love that place. They have a daycare on site, the complex is so huge you can walk around the entire place with your kids and it's like going to the park. With a lake, playgroundsX, fields to run around play soccer, basketball courts, I believe 2 pools, etc.

Well to start off the rent is extremely high for a trashy environment. The apartments look nothing like the pictures they have up. You have trash lying around the whole apartment complex, their pond also has all types of trash inside as well. There is also lots of geese and dog poop scattered around every grass area. Your packages can’t even stay out for a little while before someone steals them.They also higher the rent every few months even though the environment isn’t even good enough to be making the rent higher at all. The crime rate is also extremely high. They had us pay for clickers just for them to just leave every gate open. My older sisters car got broken into about 2-3 times already. My other sister had her window from the drivers seat shattered in an attempt to break in and when she went in to talk about the situation with the new manager the manager literally put her fist on her desk with her other hand on her waist and said “ well if you don’t like it you can put in a notice and leave.” Mind you my sister was being respectful. These apartments arnt worth putting your money into.
