Currently staying here and honestly, I judged a book by its cover before moving in, and I'm shocked at how nice and clean these rooms are and the manager is on site and we absolutely adore him and his little family.

Management on site as the resident want staff treat us as we do to the other. On site management treats residents like myself like family once rent is paid lol. Anyway just lil Humor 🤣. Location is not playground for children there is a area for this. Area is not a playground built with swings slides and sandbox, no. More like Grass area with patio furniture equip for lounge, ping pong table etc. Affordable laundry station $1.50 flat rate wash dry one machine each. Everything and anything is a walk period. Again everything anything is 5-10 min drive away most travel eta 20min. Close to major freeways surround the Town.

A simple motel, but very clean. Obviously there is new management and whatever issues that were previously posted have been addressed. Everything worked, and the employees were nice and accommodating. There was a little street noise, but it was not so loud that it affected my stay or sleep. I would stay there again!

Good prices for rooms, may be a small parking lot and the rooms aren't big but they're new. Beds are comfortable and the walk-in closet is nice.

This is the very best motel in my humble opinion. After losing my home over a year ago, then becoming homeless at 60 with terminal cancer, and dealing with this CoVid CraZy issues too; I'd lost every sense of normalcy if there's ever been such... Months of motel jumping trying to find a safe spot to rest and regain strength has been challenging. Then there was the Park Motel. I finally came home it seems... Regretfully, I had to check out for awhile due to lack of funds. Greatly humbled. Seriously. Great place. Safe place. A clean room, no bugs or roaches. Nice big color TV's, and cable, a working microwave & mini fridge... Plus a kickass shower, air conditioning and laundry facilities that rock... Woohoo !!. I'd give my all to be able to stay indefinitely ~ so much I could say .... so if you're headed here .... welcome home.

CHRIS , THE MANAGER IS A PROFESSIONAL PERSON AND RETIRED MILITARY,..THE MAINTENANCE MAN,ALSO HAS A PROFESSIONAL ATTIDUDE ...THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR PARTING AND LOUD ..I LIKE THE FACT ,NO SMOKING IN ROOMS AND NO DRINKING OUTSIDE ROOMS THIS PLACE

Great weekly affordable deal, wish I got to pay that price instead of having to over pay my days, (resulting) lost out on staying for 2 nights with myself & 4 children (>8 yrs old ) , Wish could of made exception considering circumstances (We are all human, life happens) hardships come & go must make the best of it.
