I visited the office yesterday to talk to the personnel and look at the outside of a few of the apartments, and look at the show apartment. I made an appointment for today to see an apartment that I thought was available. Apparently there was some miscommunication because nobody was there to meet me at the scheduled time. I took a picture of the swimming pool. It has algal growth throughout the floor of the pool. I gave three stars because I didn't have enough knowledge to give it more or less.

An update: I appreciate the senior property manager contacting me. I am not sure what happened with the miscommunication. I thought it was clear that I was coming the next day to look at the apartment that was available. The condition of the pool is discouraging enough though for me not to consider these apartments for now.

Maintenance is excellent, they fix things quickly and keep you informed.
I never had any real issues I only will say if you get a parking space and the management team changes let them know because sometimes they don't keep it updated in the system, but I 'm sure this was due to previous management.
Otherwise, I really enjoyed living there.

Y'all really need to get it together ? super unprofessional and poor communication especially Lindsey and Chanika/Chalika. Ashley is the only person there who even slightly understands what she's doing.
Lindsey would talk to me in person about a unit and then call me back 3 hours later to ask the same questions I had just answered for her earlier... Girl what....

Beautiful location. It just sucks that no matter how many times the management changes their personnel, they always disappoint. Yikes

Also the pool is super dirty which is a bad look since it's winter/currently not being used and all you have to do is put a cover over it. Definitely makes you take the reviews that say they have bugs and mold seriously

maintenance are excellent they fix things quickly and they make sure the job is done correctly. I love the office people they are nice and they will make sure you are comfortable.

Okay y'all the hubs and I have been 2 years, working on the 3rd. We have gone through 1, 2, 3 rounds of management and are currently working on the 4th with Ms. Ashley & her team. The previous one was...lack luster to say the least.

The OLD Issue:
- Management was messing up my ledger, which was odd, but I always managed to get it resolved by going to the leasing office, constantly.
- Pool wasn't operational.
- Maintenance did bare minimum.
- Lots of vacancies.
- Couple of randoms.

Now, though? Let's talk about it ?.
+ Managment is ACTUALLY doing their job! I think a lot of people got used to the old management goofing around and so now these ladies are coming in and making all the necessary changes needed and applying the necessary steps management should do at any apartment. And it's showing that they're capable of running the complex. And they're doing that really well, in my opinion ‍♀️.

☝? P.S. ? Shoutout to Kayla, Chanika, and Ashley. They have been very understanding and actively listening to our situation and working things out on our behalf as we are well paying, long-time tenants. We appreicate you guys!

+ Communication is thorough, direct, and consistent via email regarding complext level info.

+ Season is going out for the pool, but they've given a notice about it.

+ Maintence takes their time and resolves the issues I've had quickly; complete them within 24-48 hours.

+ They've cleaned out the rif-raff from what I've noticed and the apartments are being filled steadily and surely.

I see people commenting about mold? I don't have that issue...bleach and weekly cleaning keeps the ? away.

Looking forward to the future with this new management team .

I moved to these apartments with a close friend around march / april and let me just say i stayed at a lot of different apartments... but these apartments right here ?!!! AINT IT !!! save your time and money whole apartment had nothing but cracks every where... a nasty old pipe hangs from the shower that just drips anything randomly and any giving time ... walls are mad thin i was able to hear anything upstairs far as the toilet being flushed taking a shower anything!!! "And i was on the second floor" ... MOLDDDDD!! The list goes on tbh the office staff including property manager DONT CARE just wants your money the apartment they show wasnt nothing like what we got... baby pls just save yall money and energy because you will be HIGHLY disappointed... no need for me to lie i dont owe these ppl a penny and aint nothing on my credit

Washing machine leaked water over night. When I got home after work the next day it had been replaced with another machine. I appreciate the fast response and excellent service. Thank you!!!

They are terrible here. We are new tenets and we just moved in at the beginning of the April. First, there was mold under our kitchen sink which they really didn't want to do nothing about it. Then they messed up our lease. Then we got into it with the valet trash that's supposed to pick up our trash and we have fleas. And they lied saying it's new carpet but when we vacuum, the hair that was in the carpet was of a different animal. They never in the office when they supposed to and they never check back in on you when you need something done. The property manager really don't care, he just want your money. He worse than a slumlord.
This is the worse move i ever done in my entire life. Then if you want out your lease, they want you to buyout. I shouldn't have to buy out of everything after all the problems I have that still have not been fix. They need to fired the whole front office including the property manager. The only person that should stay is Audria because she the only one that really showed us compassion but i don't know if that was real or fake because she never got back in touch with us.Then it's hard to get in contact with corporate. Us and our kids getting bite because they don't want to do the job they got hired for. PLEASE, DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! All the comments are true. I ignored my red flags. Don't ignore this.
