We chose the Marley because it looked cool in the pictures.|We had room 4 which was a good size and included a very dirty back patio.|The shower would give you approximately 2 1/2 minutes of hot water, not good.|What was truly troubling is how they handle check in and customer service, it's all done remotely by texts. You receive codes for both the gate and your room, not to be accessed until 4pm. I've traveled to Palm Springs at least 30 times and have always been able to use the pool prior to check in, not here ! I spent 3 hours on back and fourth texts requesting to do so.|I also sent texts for service issues and questions, some not to be answered for 6 hours, even when their initial response would be we will get right back to you.|The pool was nice and warm but unfortunately the glass tiling in many areas were falling apart. |

If you're booking on google - you may see the fabulous photos and read the reviews and think jackpot! I found a great place! Look the dates I need are available! Done and Done! Then the morning of your flight when you receive the check-in email as you casually read the "things to know section" all the blood will leave your body as you notice in the fine print that this is in fact AN ADULTS ONLY hotel - unfortunately you're traveling with your daughter. I was completely shocked. Went back to the website and searched and searched. Apparently you can have kids there if you buyout the entire hotel. Heartfelt suggestion to management - you should announce this fact more clearly....burying it down in the "home truths" section which you have to tab through clicking "more" to read is not helpful. Customer service was of course in true form less than empathetic kind or helpful. As I'm about to get on a plane and now have no hotel when I land I would have expected more from them. If this is how they treat you before you even set foot on the premises I would imagine if you need anything during your stay you're going to be out of luck.

This was our second stay at The Marley. Well-appointed with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Beautiful interiors - each suite has unique art and great beds. The lounge/kitchen area is gorgeous and comfortable. The outdoor area is also great - tons of seating. Nice pool. Easy check-I’m/check-out. I could go on...

I stayed here for my friend’s birthday this weekend and it was a fantastic time! The place has such a cool aesthetic, and we felt extremely well taken care of the whole time. The Pool and hot tub were great, the rooms were really nice, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing!! This place strikes the perfect balance of comfort and independence. All in all it was a truly memorable stay!

Had to cancel our wedding because of AvantStay. I booked a stay at The Marley Hotel for my wedding party for Nov 6-10, 2022. The reservation was made nearly a year in advance (in Nov 2021). I found out the night before our arrival that AvantStay (the property's management company) lost our booking and the hotel was actually already occupied with another party for the same dates. Because our booking was for our wedding party, the impact of their error resulted in us having to cancel our plans entirely -- after a year of planning all based on securing the dates at The Marley! Everything from our photographer to our catering was organized around our stay at the hotel and all our guests were from out of town. There was no way for us to find other accommodations on such short notice. To add insult to injury, the managers at AvantStay did not even feel bad or try to rectify the situation! No one from AvantStay called to apologize or offer to help. The customer service rep I spoke with on the phone initially was very kind but our situation called for more urgency and a direct, more personal response. Only after I reached out directly to the hotel owner did AvantStay finally reach out via text on Nov 10. They first offered a $500 coupon and then a $1000 credit for use on a future stay with them within the next year. Objectively, this does not come close to making things right. We had been beyond understanding up to this point and their 'offer' is truly a slap in the face. It does not even begin to acknowledge the immense inconvenience and absolute devastation that their error caused. Even if we wanted to rebook with them next year, their coupon/credit wouldn't even cover a night's stay (our original booking was for more than $10k for 4 nights)! I am truly shocked at the failure to take accountability and total lack of empathy. Do not give these people your business. There are so many other amazing properties in Palm Springs run by people who care about more than their bottom line.

I just celebrated my 50th birthday at The Marley with a 'Caftans and Cocktails' party with a group of friends and it was perfect!! The pool is sparkling clean; the rooms are spacious and comfortable; the living room/dining room area is a great place to relax and hang out; and the kitchen has everything you need for a caterer to work or for you to make your own meals. It truly is the best place to have a getaway with your friends!

This place is great. I’m really digging the No contact hotels. Sort of like airbnb just with other guests. The grounds were great, as you can see from the photos. The lounge was pretty cool but I didn’t get a photo but you can see them on their website. The rooms were cool but a little tired. Mainly the bathrooms as they need to be renovated. But the AC worked great and the place was nice and quiet. Would stay again.
