I give the Landings in Prescott Valley a five star rating. The Landings is a wonderful place for my mom. The staff are caring and always willing to help. They are responsive to her needs and encourage my mom to participate in activities.
Many times they go above and beyond their duties to help her feel comfortable.
I am giving the company who owns the Landings one star. The building is not handicapped accessible. The entrance doors do not have automatic doors for the residents to enter and leave through. I feel this is very unsafe as many residents use a walker or are in a wheel chair. Without a handicap button my mom needs help getting in and out as the doors are heavy and she cannot maneuver them. She needs to depend on someone to help her. This does not help with feeling independent which is very important as one ages.
I believe the staff have tried to change this but have not been successful with the parent company.

We placed my mom in the memory care unit 3 months ago. She has adapted very well and loves it there, thanks to the caring and attentive staff. We visited 6 places in the area and chose this one as it seemed like all the residents and staff were a “family” of their own. The staff make sure residents are involved in the daily activities and encourage visiting family members to join in too. We are allowed to bring our two dogs in to visit mom and her friends and they just love
petting them and giving them treats. So glad we were able to move mom into this facility!

The place is beautiful! Everyone is very nice and helpful in every way. My mom loves it there, she loves doing the activities. They always have neat things to do for residents and for us as family too.

I have always loved the atmosphere at the Landings. Is is a calm, loving, and peaceful place for seniors. I have been into volunteer for craft times with the residents. I enjoy every second I spend in the building. The staff is wonderful as well. They are very eager to help and assist the residents. Five star ⭐️ !!!

The Landings of Prescott Valley is just about the cleanest and most beautiful assisted living facility I have ever been to. The employees that I have met are very caring and compassionate people. The residents that I have come in contact with seem to be very happy there. If you are looking for a place for your loved one I would highly recommend them.

Admitting a loved one to a Memory Care Community is difficult, at best. The Staff at The Landings were understanding and comforting as they helped us navigate this new chapter of life. The facility is attractively and comfortably decorated. It is light and always clean. The caregivers are loving and nurturing, efficient yet patient with the ups and downs of memory care life. The residents are clean, groomed, provided nutritious meals and encouraged to participate in a variety of daily activities. There are also welcoming sitting areas for resting. I have no reservations about recommending The Landings for Memory Care.

The staff at The Landings of Prescott Valley have been amazing. My mom has lived here for 5 months and all the caregivers, med techs, nurses, culinary, maintenance, and office staff always love on her with hugs and personal attention. Everyone is so nice and she loves them all. We are now in end of life care and she is receiving excellent personal care from all the staff; they check on her and provide all her needs regularly. Angie in the culinary department has provided snacks for our family while we stay with my mom everyday. The staff has gone above and beyond to provide whatever my mom or our family needs. Thank you!

The Landings of Prescott Valley is an OUTSTANDING senior care facility and I would HIGHLY recommend them to any family who is looking for an excellent, state-of-the-art, modern senior living care facility. They have really taken care of our dad and we could not have found a better place for him to be. We have seen him flourish there in his first month with their care, high quality food, amazing, patient and friendly staff and their excellent nursing and support team. We could not be happier with the Landings and the extraordinary way they treat and care for their residents and their families. I would without reservation recommend the Landings to care for your loved one based on our excellent experiences!
