The word facility does not do The Inn on Villa Lane justice. The Inn feels like home when you walk in. The staff are incredibly welcoming and quick to jump up and help any way they can. I work for the Alzheimer's Association and have toured many facilities but The Inn has a special place in my heart. I feel incredibly lucky to work with their Director of Community Relations, Amber Cavangaro. She has a true passion for their residents and loves to get the community involved. If my family needed this level of care, Amber is the 1st person I would call.

The Inn on Villa Lane is my favorite Assisted Living facility in Nor Cal. There are daily activities that engage the seniors from bingo to educational classes to karaoke. The food is amazing and fresh and the location is key.....The seniors are across the street from the Hospital / Doctors offices and Active Wellness Center. Lastly the staff cares for the residents as if they were their own Mother/Father. Daniela F

I can’t express how grateful I am to the team that works there. I’m sure it’s really hard what they do day in and day out, but you wouldn’t know it because they treat every resident with such love and dignity. This team ,led by Dorla, definitely goes above and beyond to take care of our loved ones. I visit often and take my dog in who enjoys visiting all the residents. I toured all of the assisted living facilities in Napa before deciding on this one, and it was definitely the right choice.

I work with an agency that provides in-home care as well as helping clients find the right assisted-living community to meet their needs when it's no longer feasible to stay at home. I have had many interactions with Amber Cavagnaro when looking for Napa long-term or short-term stays for my clients. Each time she has been extremely responsive, personable and helpful. Often these placements take immediate attention, organization and attention to detail, all of which has been accomplished when working with Amber. I had a client who moved in for a respite stay recently and the family thought the staff was great and was happy with the care their loved one received.

If you're looking for a home for your aging parent, this is absolutely the best choice in Napa. Amber is fantastic to work with and my 101 year old mother has been very happy since she moved in last year. Clean, friendly, cheerful and caring are all words that discribe this senior assisted living and memory care facility. A must visit property for anyone searching for solutions and a home for their loved ones.

In August of 2021 my daughter and I were faced with helping place her father into an assisted living community. We had limited time to find the right facility and when calling Brookdale Assisted Living, Amber was our first contact. We had spent hours on the phone seeking the proper help from visiting nurses to nursing homes. With help from Amber, we were able to place our family member within two days so that he left the hospital and moved into his apartment at Brookdale. The day we spoke to Amber, she took the time to show us two apartments. We were welcomed with a lovely, personalized sign before entering the facility. This was above and beyond! Within those two very stressful, time limited days, Amber kept us reassured, made the trip out to the hospital, working with social workers and hospital staff so that our family member was able to be released and moved into his apartment with ease (even lending some temporary furniture and helping move it in for us). Amber made this impossible transition possible with so much positivity and compassion. We are forever grateful and will never forget her genuine care and competence.
