This place was absolutely fantastic. Super kind team who cared about my experience and were extremely personable. Great, spacious room, comfortable bed, and convenient location. All that for a great price. I would stay here again if I was in the area again

Ok, the front desk service was good however the room was another story. Dirty floors, bathroom was gross, found dirty pair of underwear (not mine) under headboard, cracked flooring, bad paint, etc. We also had a fist floor location which turned out to be extremely noisy from the room above. This is an old hotel and it shows. Pricey for what you get. Would not recommend.

There's a bunch of places to stay on historical route 66 in Flagstaff, but let me tell you, this completely remodeled hotel has to be by far the cleanest, friendliest, and most welcoming place I've stayed yet. The whole family here treats you like family. Ken will help you get the best rate possible, Mrs. Ruth will give you a beautiful smile and answer all your questions, and don't let me forget Ed!! He's the master of all at the Inn on 66!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PLACE. just the showers are worth the stay!!

The Owner is really kind, the check-in was really fast and the rooms were clean and smelled good and fresh. We visited the Grand Canyon, Route 66, the lava river cave and some other places. The Inn on 66 is a very well located motel in Flagstaff. I would definetly go there again.

I stayed here on my last trip to Flagstaff and it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The street was quiet.

Don’t believe any rating over a 1 star on the room!! Worst wi-fi ever!! Even with hotspot. The beds are outrageous! They have this crazy metal platform frame that booms LOUDLY like aluminum thunder every time you move in the bed , OR ANYONE else in OTHER rooms move you can hear it- to go along with additional bed frame CREAKING! The mattresses are hard as a rock ; or a concrete slab is softer. Expect to wake up with an excruciating backache! They give you two flat small pillows and no blankets. Just layered sheets! A mini ( seriously mini !!) bar of soap ( no soap dish or dispenser) The shower is weird ( weak spray comes from the middle of shower ceiling ) and no tub or mat/rug for excess water. 2 thin, cheap measly towels and a small ( small) toilet paper roll. There is not enough Parking or the place itself had it dumpster stuff and cleaning stuff inside one of the limited spaces in front of our room of course. Being on the bottom floor you can hear walking around, talking, the t.v. Or it’s 12:15 A.M. and upstairs room still has not quieted down. Freight trains heard running ALL night and day long . Bikers galore so motorcycles coming in and out at all hours of the night . Truckers seemed to have unsavory hitchhikers if you know what I mean. I know it’s cheap, but seriously?! . This place should not be in business. Any possible positive reviews must have been left by friends or relatives! ( Notice so many comments mentioned the owners names .. bah hah ha … riiight ! NO one was that overly friendly or particularly accommodating - or to give us their names! Exhibit A … this awful room. Too bad we booked 2 nights. This is the WORST - and I’ve traveled extensively; so that saying a lot! You’ve been forewarned! P.S. Allowing pets was one of the few reasons we booked… but our dog has been sighing she can’t even sleep here! The dang dog even hates the place!!

Hotel staff is amazing and very helpful! Rooms and parking lot are very quiet. Rooms have upgrades coming soon from what the staff said, though the rooms were comfortable and spacious to begin

An excellent location halfway point for what flagstaff sights has to offer…lovely rooms considering that I’m the guy doing the repairs…cost wise it’s reasonable and surely they will work with you…service : friendly and welcoming so do please stop by and rest and enjoy yourself
