Es un lugar muy limpio. Muy acogedor. El servicio muy bueno. Tiene microondas, refrigerador pequeño, para hacer café. Y también cuentan con lavadora y secadora estas son fuera del cuarto. Eso me pareció muy útil.

Resulta que tenía mi reservación desde hace una semana atrás y cuando llegue con mi esposa y mis dos niñas resulta que ya no te mían habitación , que fue un error del sistema , la verdad muy mal servicio,no lo recomiendo

I was pleasantly surprised at how big and how clean my room was. It even smelled nice when I walked in. I also liked the fact that the front doors are always locked. It was also nice and quiet at night. I would suggest that instead of saying “ $200 cash deposit “ it would read “ $200 cash deposit- no credit or debit cards accepted “ because that would alleviate a lot of misunderstanding. They do have an ATM in the lobby so that was helpful. It really was a great deal for the room. The location is great and close to the harbor. I will definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend.

Be sure to highly consider all reviews, you will see the consistency and I wish I had read them all before even walking in the door. I had the misfortune of an encounter with the owner who displayed the same rudeness that you see in all the responses to the other reviews. Overly defensive, non customer-centric and downright rude. The hotel itself is nice and the location is excellent but I refuse to stay at a place run by someone who clearly has a negative attitude, talks down to people and is beyond unfriendly. While the policy of the cash deposit seems to be something they won't budge on...I didn't feel comfortable doing that so left for another place to stay. Really really sad...would give it 0 stars if I could.

After reading some of the reviews and the deposit requirement, my family and I still chose to stay here and we couldnt have been more happy. The property is very updated and family owned. Maybe a 5 - 10 min drive to the beach. Food all around. From the start, at the front desk the young ladies at the front desk were nice, held conversation, smiled, laughed, and were a pleasure to be honest. When it came to the deposit, we followed the suggestion of cash and it was seamless. Our room was very accommodating. No issues, cold AC & fridge. Clean floors, beds, and bathroom. Shower had no issues heating at all. No noise or rude guests at all. At the end of our stay when checking out, we got our cash deposit back immediately after the room was checked with no issue. All in all, would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Thank you again to this family and their hotel, our stay was good!

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The young lady that checked us in was professional and polite. We stayed for one week to visit family in the surrounding areas. O’Side has always been a special place for me and staying at this hotel made it easier to visit family during Christmas.

Also the housekeeping staff were polite and attentive checking if we needed anything.

Would definitely stay again!
