Been here for 2 weeks, and so far, a great experience! Online leasing process was super easy and the Leasing staff were absolutely amazing! I haven’t lived in an apartment in a long time and had lots of questions. Everyone I spoke to in the Leasing Office was very patient, friendly, and professional.They helped make the process easy Apartment itself is…an apartment! Well laid out and has some really nice amenities, though. Was very clean upon move-in. Grounds are well kept and the buildings are beautiful! My cat digs it, so it must be good. If you just got divorced and need to move quickly, it’s a nice enough place to where it doesn’t make you feel like you just got divorced and needed to move quickly. That’s a good divorced dude place. Well done, The Hills. Well done.

The application process was so easy! Cora was incredible at answering all my questions and even working on Christmas Eve to ensure that I was able to get into my new apartment. I would describe my experience as professional, friendly, and inviting. I can’t wait to move into my new home!

I am in the process of applying and after reading these reviews I just wanted to state that the reviews I have seen so far don't make any sense to me. I went in yesterday 9/9 and spoke with the head manager and for the life of me I can't remember her name but she was extremely kind and welcoming. She was the only one working in the office that day and still took the time to break everything down for me and I feel like we were able to connect on a personable level. She took the time to show me a unit that was available and everything else I needed. The community itself is VERY clean and it seemed like all the people working there were friendly. I am not one to write reviews, but I felt the need to since I have seen so many negative ones, which to my surprise don't make any sense but I get everyone has their own opinions. All I am saying is, I definitely rate this place 5 stars so far and my hopes is to join the community. Great communication, respectful, friendly, etc.

If you like half demolished tennis courts, strangers breaking into your home, and the maintenance guy writing in sharpie scripture on your wall, then Madison Hills is the place for you!
Madison Hills apartments is excellent at keeping everything in their files; unless of course, you expect them to have your roommates phone number who has been on the lease for 8 months or if you hand them police reports (but let's forget those silly minor totally not important things).
Are you materialistic? Madison Hills can help you! We were robbed TWICE in our home in just four months losing a lot of items and $500 cash. When trying to get off the lease early for not feeling safe guess what! The sympathetic staff said there still might be a fee for terminating the lease early 🙂
If you like the model apartment, so did we! Beautiful carpet in the living room, blue tile in the kitchen, and light colored speckled countertops. What we loved even more though, was the apartment we were given that we were told was being fully remodeled looked nothing like the one we were shown! It was great! Our apartment came with the same floor plan but hard "wood" brown floors in the living room and in the kitchen, brown countertops, and brown cabinets. Let's not forget the mismatched sink counter in the master bedroom, the stained bathtub, and the quaint view of the half demolished tennis court. Also the washer and dryer we were supposed to have was not installed. We played a fun game where they made me work for it and call them countless times before finally sending someone over to install our washer and dryer. He was very professional and wrote "John 3:16 Got Jesus?" on our wall in black sharpie and was really on a roll when he let out my indoor cat who was then lost outside for hours.
If you're not interested yet, this will surely sell you. They don't even need their gym! They have a different approach to excersize... you'll never find a parking spot even at 2 PM on a Tuesday and will have to park on the street at the end of the complex and walk all the way back. Who needs a treadmill? Not you if you decide to live here.

Don't waste your time in this terrible condominium. People who work in the office are trained to be rude, they don't want to help you with anything. Inside the apartment you can hear anything your neighbor says, parking is terrible, there aren't enough spaces for people, several cars are broken down. I think they are going bankrupt and letting everything deteriorate.

Do not rent here! This place is very poorly managed. Management holds no residents accountable for anything. Residents don't pick up their dogs poop, parking is terrible with cars broken down and sitting for months with out dated registration. If you put in a work order it takes maintenance forever to get to your repair. They don't take care of complaints either. Overall poor management and maintenance. Stay away from here and don't rent from this apartment complex.

If I could I would give -5 stars. DO NOT RENT IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. The manager is horrible, rude, they trick you into the application, they have no standard for accepting your application, they create a thousand documents even if your credit is good (above 720). In addition to cheap materials, the condominium is dirty, trash is full. DO NOT waste your time in this place

This place is beautiful and honestly one of the best looking apartments and area. I have been looking for awhile and this apartment complex was the best one I toured and definitely worth it for the price. The staff are super kind and responsive. I toured with Cassie and applied with Cassie and Annie. They were both so helpful and answered any question I had. They both really helped take care of me and made me feel welcomed. Stores are super close by and activities. The 2 bedroom apartments are very spacious and with all the new renovations make it a steal.
