The Enclave has a great maintenance staff! I never have to wait long to get any things fixed in my place. Kevin C. has been here to fix a few things and he’s awesome and super quick. Couldn’t ask for better service! These guys really take care of us here!!

We've lived here a few months now and we absolutely love it. We've bounced around rentals and this place truly feels like home. The location is great and extremely convenient and the price is fair for what you get. Our neighbors are kind, the area is quiet, and the amenities are top notch. Trash pickup from your (garage) door, clean gym + pool, beautifully maintained property for walks, family friendly community events, easy to use resident portals -- you name it, they've thought of it.

We truly feel seen and heard every time we interact with a staff member at Enclave, and wanted to give an extra shout out to the maintenance staff here. We've run into a few AC issues during a couple of heat waves and the staff was incredibly quick and kind in their successful efforts to get it done so our family could be comfortable. They constantly blow us away with their professionalism, their quickness, and their friendliness.

We highly recommend this community to anyone looking!

The Enclave is a great community & has been the best place to call "home" in Rancho Cucamonga. The entire staff is incredible! The Maintenance guys (Gabe, Daron & Jesse) are super courteous to our family pets & fix any problem with a quick, effective, can-do attitude. Kudos to Manny & Jay too! I enjoy seeing them around the property, working hard with a smile, keeping the community & facilities meticulously clean. The landscaping is what really shows the difference between “luxury properties”. The Resident Sales Consultant (Riley) in the office took her time to make sure that I had the perfect home for my little family & made my move-in process really easy. The Office Managers (Jessica & Sandy) are always so empathetic & hospitable to my families needs! There are amenities here that most communities don’t offer. The workout rooms are open 24/7 & are rarely crowded. The pool area is lovely & just received a resurface before Summer. In the morning, I can walk to the Dog Park with my pup & play with a few other neighbor “good boys”. I can walk to the community gardens to grill up lunch under the gazebo, while checking on the lemon tree & herbs in my garden plot. I usually don’t leave reviews but The Enclave is the best community I have been a part of. I have truly loved my time here & will always recommend it to others.

Put in my work order today for an issue with my air conditioner and Kevin.C came out in a matter a hour to fix the issue. Customer service was really great . If I can give him more than 5 stars I would . Thank you Kevin for being efficient and going above and beyond.

I’d like to share my experience living in these apartments. The only reason I am leaving these apartments a 1-star because of their Maintenance and Groundskeeping staff. Manny and the rest of the crew are the sole redeeming qualities for this complex.

However, my 3-year stay here has been tarnished by the apartment complex’s towing policies. It appears they choose to single out residents for towing based on their personal preferences. Last night, my vehicle was nearly towed for the second time, and this practice is simply unfair. Residents who choose not to park their cars in the garage overnight for any reason should not have to worry about their vehicles being towed. But don’t worry, for $150 a month you can park your car in one of the MANY open spots without the scare. We pay a premium for these “luxury” apartments, and the $450 tow fee is ridiculous. This places a significant financial burden on residents, especially those on fixed incomes like me through VA disability.

It's disheartening to see such a great place affected by this issue but overall, each year has got worse and not better. I hope my feedback leads to positive changes in the future.

We’ve been here for a couple years now.. Thanks to the front office, who is always attentive and helpful! The excellent maintenance team has always kept on top of service orders. (Thanks Gabe, Daron, & Jesse!). Night service is great to have for after hour emergencies or concerns. All Amenities are outstanding here!

I’ve lived at the Enclave since it first opened and they’ve done nothing but provide fantastic and attentive service since day one. They keep the community well connected, all areas clean and well kept, and are attentive to residents’ concerns. The maintenance staff is excellent also! Two gentlemen I’ve dealt with in recent times (Jessie and Gabe) have been superb! They responded to the service requests quickly, were efficient, and were great and personable to talk to. You never drive by these guys and girls on the maintenance team without receiving a smile and a wave! I’d recommend the Enclave to anyone looking for a great place to call home. 👍🏽
