I’ve waited many months after my BF moved out to write this review. The location is perfect and easy accessible to the freeway. The prices were reasonable for all the amenities. The unit 126 is super spacious and the patio area was superb. You can see the updates in the pool area as I think they were going through some transition. Then there is Stephen who turned a completely bad experience into something positive and I’m sure it will go along way. Thank you Stephen for all the positive things you have done along the way—during and after the move.

Me and my husband are from out of town and this is our first time moving to and living in the Bay area. We were pretty nervous and didn't know what to expect but we never expected that the first apartment we toured would end up becoming our new home! It saved us so much stress and headache. Stephen is the actual best! He made the property tour, application, lease signing, and move in sooo seamless and efficient. He is responsive and accommodating and just an amazing person. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to our requests too, and the building cleaning/trash staff seriously deserve a raise! Neighbors are a hit or miss and the college students come and go, but not much you can do about that. We really love how spacious are apartment is and we love that we can call this new place our home.
