The management are great. They are very nice and always thorough. They were also able to get someone right away to help with the things I need done in my apartment. The maintenance person did a great job. He handled the things I wanted done with efficiency.

Amazing place!! Just moved here, the staff are so welcoming they left me a welcome package with cleaning stuff, personal letter , cold drinks in the fridge which helped a lot with the moving!!
Even in the bathroom they put toilet paper with a sticker that said welcome

Alicia the manger and Michelle explained everything , was so patient and super professional

I moved a few times in my life never had that great experience, I love this place and I love that apartment so much!!! And there is a lot of place for storage

I woke up to find the blinds down in my bedroom window. I sent a maintenance request at 9am. When I arrived home that evening, I had brand new blinds! Thanks to Shelby (PM) and JM for doing an awesome job! I’ll be renewing my lease for the third year! What does that tell you?!?

Replaced with a much stronger bar. Thank you. The maintenance man who came over to fix the problem was very nice and respectful. Again, thanks for taking care of the towel bar problem quickly. Now my towels have somewhere to hang out. Lol.

I have been living here for 1 month now and I’m in love for this place and for the people.
The complex is really clean, quiet and organized. Neighborhoods are very nice and friendly. Jaylene and other office’s people are very efficient and friendly as well. Maintenance is fast and really efficient.
Amenities are the best, I’m always going to swim and use the hot tube. My daughter just really loves it and she made a lot of new friends to play around.
If you are looking for a safe, clean place with polite people and a family environment, I definitely recommend to live here. ❤️

Finding a new place can be so stressful! I was struggling to find a place that I felt comfortable and safe in. I looked at The Cottages and really liked what they had to offer. I reached out and spoke to Shelby, who was very friendly and helpful. Once I made the decision to rent the apartment, I began communicating with Alicia, who is also very friendly, positive, and helpful. I immediately felt comfortable with my choice after meeting Alicia and Shelby and toured the property. I look forward to being a part of The Cottages community.
