This hotel was so cute! Loved the retro theme. It was super comfortable and clean and quiet. The view of the snow on the mountains out our window was gorgeous. The virtual check in/check out/concierge was quick and helpful. It was more affordable than other hotels around—a hidden gem. Would definitely stay here again!

I'm still on cloud nine after my incredible stay at The Cole Hotel in Palm Springs! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The stylish decor, the friendly staff, and the luxurious amenities all combined to make my stay truly unforgettable.

My room was absolutely stunning - comfortable, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed. And let's not forget the food! Freddie's Kitchen served up some of the best dishes I've ever had.

But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. Every single staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

This is a VRBO. Initially, we were somewhat tentative about our stay, but we really enjoyed the rooms. Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms are small but if you just need a nice and very clean, quiet place to sleep, this is a great place for the price. Palm springs can be on the very high end. Internet access was as it should be, not noticed. We did not access the pool and hot tub, but it did look inviting. Parking was a little strange, but once I figured it out, it was actually very nice and secluded. Your vehicles are parked on the backside off the alley. Access to facilities is easy from the parking. There is a ramp for those who need that as well. Lighting at night is good in the parking area, but the access road can be hard to see.

We stayed in one of their king suites and had the absolute best experience. Cassie helped check us in and was very kind and informative. The property is gated which makes you feel much safer plus there are no children aloud which also made for a pleasant, quiet vacation. There is a pool, hot tub, bar and restaurant all conveniently included within the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the hot water warms up fast for showers, etc. The suite makes you feel at home and it was absolutely worth the trip. We will definitely be returning in the future for such excellent service and the coziness this hotel brings. 🫶🏼

Loved this little hotel with retro vibes!
I felt like I had the hotel all to myself but also felt secure since it was gated, access only.

Room was clean, the pool was heated, the jacuzzi was hot. Restaurant and bar onsite and downtown was only 2 miles away. What more could you ask for from a budget friendly hotel?

Stayed here during Modernism Week earlier this month. I paid more than I usually pay for hotels, and so I had high expectations. It was a disappointment.
One of the biggest problems was that there is an onsite "manager" from around noon until 8:00 pm only. We were on the ground floor and had a big problem with the person above us making excessive noise...pounding around on the floor, making a bunch of noise while he played video games. This went on until at least 11:00 pm and one night until midnight. I was stunned that there was nobody onsite to go to this person's room and tell him to knock it off.
Another big problem...broken ice machine. I was informed that it had been broken since LAST YEAR before the current owners bought the property. Inexcusable...especially in the desert.
There is a sign saying you can get ice in the bar from 8:00 am. I never found anyone in the bar before noonish.
The curtains were coming off the rods and were also torn in several places. Gave a shoddy feel to the room.
Finally, the place is poorly insulated for sound. We were treated to great audio of the person above us using the toilet. Gross!
The hot tub is nice, but I did develop a rash once I got home.

Probably won't be back.
