This is a lovely resort in a beautiful setting. It is on a Community lake shared with single-story mansions. The large, sprawling patio overlooks the lake and has multiple levels with a variety of seating, including a couple of daybeds. The continental breakfast that was included, had no protein options, only carbs. The room overlooked the lake, but was smaller than the pictures on the website, and had a tiny patio, barely big enough for a couple of chairs and a small table. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. There’s a pool in a hot tub, but I didn’t use it because it is on a side of the resort that is fenced in with not much landscaping. The hotel is in the process of replacing the TVs. (Note: there was no microwave or fridge in the room) The best thing about this resort, is definitely the patio overlooking the lake. You can dine there, and they also have a happy hour in the evenings, and the lighting is magical at night. The music playing from the outdoor speakers, nostalgic, Frank Sinatra vibe. This place is well worth it if you can get a good rate.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights when we visited Palm Spring, and we were extremely disappointed with the horrible cleaning and housekeeping services at this hotel.

While the front desk staff were friendly and the view was great, the cleaning standards were shockingly bad and completely unacceptable.

Despite waiting several days, our room was NEVER cleaned until we requested it. We had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and cleaning supplies, which was a very inconvenience.

When the cleaning staff did come, the quality of cleaning was appalling—far below the standards you would expect from any hotel, let alone a three-star establishment.

Over our 5-night stay, we saw the cleaning staff only twice, and after they cleaned, the room was in worse condition than before. We've attached photos to show the state of the room post-cleaning, which proves our complaints.

After discussing this issue with the front desk, the front desk staff kindly visited our room to take photos as evidence, which only further confirmed how unacceptable the situation was.

What worse, the bed linens were NEVER changed, despite the hotel’s policy of changing them every three days. We had to use the same sheets for the entire 5-day stay, which is completely unreasonable and absolutely unacceptable!

We also reached out to the hotel manager to address these issues, as suggested by the front desk staff, but we NEVER received any response. This complete lack of communication shows just how disinterested and dismissive they are about customer feedback and satisfaction.

In summary, while there were some positives like a friendly front desk and a nice view, the horrible cleaning services and lack of response from management made our stay incredibly disappointing.

We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was a total surprise! Beautiful big room, views of the lake, gardens around. We loved it. Maybe I would improve the breakfast provided since there are not choices for diabetics. A small detail compared with the rest of the place.
